Do you know how to be consistent, so that you are making progress towards your goals, all the time? Let’s face it, consistency is the key ingredient for success in all areas of life. Without it, you won’t be able to master anything of value.

Sure, it’s easy to get sidetracked from time to time, but if you want to take your life to the next level, you need to learn how to be consistent. Although the concept of consistency is an easy one to grasp, a lot of people struggle with it.

If you find that you get distracted easily or aren’t getting the results that you want, you aren’t alone. According to research by the University of Scranton, 92 percent of people that set New Year's goals never actually achieve them. Why? Because they haven’t learned how to be consistent. I'm here to show you how.

The best way to learn how to be consistent is to get an accountability partner, whether that’s in the form of a coach, a mentor, or a mastermind group. I believe that this is one of the most effective ways to stay committed to your goals. Personally, it has been the best solution for maintaining lasting consistency in my life.

You get more out of yourself when you have other people holding you to a higher standard. Nobody wants to report back to their mentor or coach and say, “Hey, I didn’t do ANY of the things that you told me to do this week.” Letting someone down sucks. Knowing that you are accountable to someone else will motivate you to take massive action and up your game. This is the antidote for how to be consistent.

The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) did a study on accountability and found that you have a 65% chance of completing a goal if you commit to someone. Furthermore, if you have a specific accountability appointment with a person that you’ve committed to, you will increase your chance of success by up to 95%. In short, accountability + consistency = massive success.

I recommend having an accountability trio, because if you only have a buddy, and one person isn’t doing well, than he/she will be easier on the other person. That third person helps to ensure that everyone stays on track.

Your environment is a powerful playing field. It can either help or hinder your success in life. When you find an empowering ecosystem of people who expect high standards from you, it will force you to consistently live up to those standards. Tony Robbins once said, “People's lives are a direct reflection of the expectations of their peer group. If your peer group doesn't expect much, it's just a matter of time before you lower your expectations of yourself.”

Nobody expects you to be perfect and to do it all on your own. Ask for help, but be strategic with regards to whom you ask for support. This is the secret to lasting consistency. The most successful people in the world have mastered consistency, and so can you. Make the conscious decision to remain consistent, no matter what.

In closing, the best way to do this is to leverage the power of accountability, in the form of a mastermind group, a coach, or a mentor. You will surprise yourself how much faster a support system can help to accelerate your progress. If you want to get notified of my upcoming events, click here!

It’s up to you to create the environment and the people that will challenge you to level up your life and crush your goals. This is how to be consistent in your life. If you take consistent actions, every day, I promise that you will see the results that you desire. Make the commitment to yourself. Why? Because you deserve success.

The post 5 Areas Of Life Where Persistence Pays Off appeared first on Project Life Mastery.

Do you want to learn about the 5 areas of life where persistence pays off? If you want to master all areas of your life, you need to understand the value of persistence. However, it's not enough to know something. Life mastery requires that you actually live it, every day.

If you want to achieve anything in life it will require that you possess a killer combination of sheer willpower, determination, and desire.

When it comes to personal development and dating, I understand how important it is for men to develop the communication and confidence skills that are necessary in order to attract a partner into their lives.

When I was 21 years old I started a dating coaching business, that was designed to help men overcome the confidence challenges that I had faced in my own life.

That is why I wanted to invite Eddy Baller, a men's personal development and dating coach, to write a guest post to talk about 5 areas of life where persistence pays off.

Take it away Eddy!

I want to share with you 5 areas of life where persistence pays off. How many of us have embarked on a new journey to accomplish something big, only to become disillusioned and quit when it didn’t work out?

The human mind is notoriously bad at making time predictions for complicated goals. Even showing up on time seems to be a challenge for some people. “I have time, I’ll just finish a few emails…”

The biggest challenges in life usually require a lot of time, and it’s hard to predict how much time. The key ingredient which separates the cream of the crop is persistence – the raw determination and grit that comes from sticking to your goals.

Here are 5 areas of life where persistence pays off:

1. Dating

Anyone who’s ever gone on dates can attest to the fact that dating isn’t always easy. If you’re interested in finding the love of your life, it means going through a lot of ‘candidates’. Shyness and social anxiety can become a serious handicap for someone when it comes to dating.

Being successful in the dating world requires a number of skills, some of which include, learning how to approach women or men, conversational skills, body language, confidence, assertiveness, boundary setting, and more.

If you want to find a partner that is right for you, it will require persistence, in addition to mastering the above skills.

Action step: Get a dating coach or connect with someone who seems to have their dating life together. Learn how they’ve created an abundant love life and emulate their best practices.

2. Relationships

Dating skills are just the first part of our romantic journeys. Once we’ve found a long-term partner, we need a new tool box to keep the romance alive.

A lot of dating skills still apply; confidence, body language, boundaries to name a few, but now we have to learn how to share our space, grow together, and keep it exciting in the bedroom.

It also requires paying attention to our partner's communication style and learning their habits, so that we can avoid unnecessary clashes. This shows that we really understand them.

Action step: Dedicate at least one night per week as a ‘date night’. It’s too easy to get caught up in the business of life and family. Put aside time for a quality get together so that your bond continues to grow.

3. Business

Building a business is tough. There are a myriad of setbacks that are designed to test your ability to persist, which include lack of know how, lack of resources, not having the right people when you need them, bootstrapping, and more.

For those who stay in the fight, the turning point shows up as a change in focus, experience, and a new direction, which may not have been clear in the beginning stages.

Action step: Invest in business and marketing training. Too many people try winging it and end up quitting when it doesn’t work.

4. Mindset

At the age of 20, I was an extremely negative person and all of my friends were negative too. Every day I played the same record in my head. It was always, “people suck”, “rich people suck”, “everything is expensive”, “the weather is no good”, and on and on.

I became tired of my own attitude and wanted to change. I knew that if I kept hanging out with the same people I wouldn't be able to grow. So I decided to start from scratch and distance myself from my old friends.

I set out to learn better social skills to make friends, meet women, and change my mindset. It took years to make serious progress, but the alternative was unthinkable.

Action step: To create a more positive mindset, work on reframing negative thoughts on a daily basis. Just look for the positive angle to the thought you were in the middle of. Do this daily and soon you will start thinking in a different way.

5. Emotions (EQ)

Emotional intelligence, or EQ, has a huge effect on our social success. It allows us to read other people's feelings, understand ourselves, and communicate effectively. People that have a low EQ have weak connections with others.

On the other hand, people with a strong EQ have healthier friendships, romances, and business relationships. When you learn how to master your emotions, you master your life.

Action step: Start by learning more about your own habits and emotions. How do you react to different situations? What happens to your body language when you’re feeling positive or negative emotions?

These are 5 areas of life where persistence pays off! What is one area of your life where persistence has paid off for you? Comment below and let me know!

I would like to share 3 ways to hold yourself accountable to your goals. From time to time, all of us have struggled to stay consistent with the goals that we set for ourselves.

It's one thing to set goals, but actually accomplishing them takes commitment, energy, discipline, and hard work. When we don't see results fast enough, it is easy to lose our motivation and fall into a negative thinking trap.

All of us have personal goals that we want to master, but many people become easily distracted by shiny objects or new ideas. The result is that they end up jumping from opportunity to opportunity, without accomplishing anything.

Accountability is an inside job. If you want to create positive change in your life, you need to take responsibility for the decisions that you make. In the words of Stephen Covey, “Accountability breeds response-ability.”

Are you ready to learn 3 ways to hold yourself accountable to your goals?

Do you want to have the support of a mentor who will hold you accountable to your goals every month? CLICK HERE to join my Life Mastery Accelerator program!

1. Find An Accountability Partner

When you are accountable to others, you are more likely to follow-through on your goals. Conversely, when you don't have someone in your corner, cheering you on and checking-up on you, it is easy to make excuses for why you can't accomplish something.

The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) did a study on accountability and found that you if you have a specific accountability appointment with a person that you’ve committed to, you will increase your chance of success by up to 95%.

An accountability partner, like a coach or a mentor, can give you the motivation that you need in order to take action when you are not where you want to be in life.

George Matthew Adams said it best – ““There is no such thing as a ‘self-made’ man. We are made up of thousands of others. Everyone who has ever done a kind deed for us, or spoken one word of encouragement to us, has entered into the make-up of our character and of our thoughts, as well as our success.”

2. Develop Good Habits

If you want to achieve your goals, you need to commit to developing good habits. In doing so, it primes your brain for success. Research shows that the best way to improve your overall health and well-being is to start a new regular habit.

The most effective way to transform your goals into habits is to create a morning ritual. In the morning, you have the most willpower at your disposal, and so your motivation is at its peak.

Accountability is about willpower, and willpower is similar to a muscle. If it's possible for muscles to get stronger over time with training, willpower can do the same. In the words of Joshua Miller, “Personal accountability isn’t a trait that people are born with, it’s a way of living that you can learn.”

3. Find Your Purpose

Finding your purpose is a critical element to achieving your goals and experiencing fulfillment in life. By nature, having a purpose breeds accountability.

When you are living your purpose and doing what you love, you naturally want to be accountable to yourself and others because you are committed to something greater than yourself.

Write your purpose down, and read it out loud to yourself every day. When you do so, it will inspire you to stay committed to your goals and take action.

I challenge you to try out these 3 ways to hold yourself accountable to your goals. At the end of the day, mastering any goal in life requires that you make a conscious commitment to take action. It all starts and ends with you.

Happy Valentines Day! Today my beautiful girlfriend Tatiana and I have teamed up to share some advice on How To Find And Attract The RIGHT Person To Spend Your Life With.

This is Part 1 of a four-part video series surrounding love, relationships, and creating mastery in that area of your life.

I am very lucky to have found Tatiana, but I also had a very clear plan in finding my ideal girl. In fact, I even listed the qualities of my ideal woman on Instagram just a few days before I met her.

This was a powerful process. It was also just part of how I manifested and attracted the right person in my life.

Much like a relationship, both men and women play a part in finding and attracting the right person to spend their lives together.

Personally, I went through a self-development process to essentially become a more attractive person and get the confidence to talk to a woman.

One of the things I learned is you attract who you are. To attract an amazing person in your life, you have to be amazing yourself.

This can be a challenge because you really have to look at yourself in an honest and critical way. You have to be willing to acknowledge that you have to improve this part of yourself.

Once you do, you will see results and find the right person for a relationship.

Also, realize that not every story has to be a perfect live story. Personally, I met Tatiana on a dating app and we hit it off from there.

Where we met wasn't important. How we interacted and the conversation we had once we met was.

I asked her a lot of questions about her future, where she sees herself, and what her goals are. On the first date. Traditionally women may be turned off by this, but it was my clear vision to find a woman who knew what she wanted and Tatiana did.

Together, making sure that both of your values align is vitally important. That's some of the best dating advice I can give now that I'm in this relationship.

You may be attracted to a person, but unless you have the same values it's just lust, not love. Eventually, that will end, and the relationship will flame out.

The key to that is first knowing my vision and values. That allowed me to identify if Tatiana was aligned with my values or not. It turns out she was, and now I've found the right person. You can do the same!

I have created a new and improved version of K Money Mastery which is called, Mastering Book Publishing!

If you're paying anyone or anything for its products or services, then you ALWAYS want to make sure that you're maximizing the value that you're getting from the experience.

If you hire a coach, mentor or invest in a training program, there is a RESPONSIBILITY on your end to ensure that you're getting value.  The coach, mentor, and training program has a responsibility to deliver, as promised, and provide value, however, it's up to YOU to receive that and get the most out of it.

Being lazy, not showing up on time, not taking notes, not asking questions, not taking action – these are all things that are within YOUR control that will determine the results you get.

In this video blog, I share how you can get the most out of your life coach or mentor.

How to get the most out of your coach or your mentor. This is Stefan from ProjectLifeMastery.com coming to you from Phuket, Thailand, and in this episode of #AskStefan, I have a question from someone named Madein. The question is, “Hey Stefan, I just started a coaching program with a life coach. I have a call with him for every two weeks for 30 minutes. How do I make the most out of these coaching sessions? Thank you.”

Two different perspectives

Great question, and there's really two different ways I can answer this, two different perspectives. One as being a student myself, which I am. I'm always investing in myself. I'm always being coached. I'm always being mentored. I have coaches and mentors in my life. It's been that way since I was 18, 19 years old and I started heavily investing in myself. It paid off ever since. I think everybody should have a mentor or a coach. The best in the world have mentors and coaches. If you can't afford one, save your money, invest in it, it's always going to pay off.

The other perspective is from being a coach myself, because since I was 21 years old, I started coaching people first as a dating, confidence, and relationship coach with a company called Lifestyle Transformations, eventually getting into life coaching, and then eventually getting into also coaching people on how to build an online business. Throughout the years, I've coached hundreds of different people, so I have a lot of experience which can really help answer this question for you.

I think that, first and foremost, when you invest in anything, whether that's a coach, a mentor, a program, online training program, a seminar, you always have to accept full responsibility for getting maximum value out of whatever you invest in. You can't just invest in something and expect everything to be solved after that and not have to do any work.

If you invest in a coach or a mentor, first and foremost you have to make sure that you trust that person. You have to buy into whatever it is that they're going to be teaching you. That's very important, because if you have resistance and you're not being coachable, then you're not going to get anything from that.

My bet is that, if you've invested in a coach or a mentor, you trust that person, you've done some due diligence, you believe in them, maybe you follow them a little bit online first and foremost, and they're going to do their part. That's their profession. They have a lot of experience doing it, they have a lot of testimonials, clients they've worked with. They've had a lot of proven track record of success, and so you have to … That person's going to do their part. You have to do your part.

You have to play full out

The first and most important thing is you have to play full out. Meaning, whatever it is that you put into something is exactly what you're going to get out of it. You can't just expect that your coach is going to do everything for you.

Your coach is really there to help guide you, to help support you, to help challenge you, to help hold you accountable, to help you overcome some barriers, obstacles, blocks that might be getting in your way that you might not be seeing yourself because they have an outside perspective on you, to help provide the game plan, the step by step, and give you feedback on different things and help you make the right decisions, the right choices.

That's what they're there for, but ultimately it's up to you to do the work, which is really the hard part of anything. Grinding, hustling, putting your nose down and just doing the work that is necessary to get the value out of the coaching program. You could have the best coach in the world, he can give you all the best advice, the best information, but if you're not doing the work, if you're not applying yourself and taking action, then that's 100 percent your fault. That's your responsibility.

You can reach out to your coach and have your coach maybe help you to help find out why you're not taking action, what's stopping you, what are the obstacles, what are the roadblocks getting in the way that's preventing you from taking action and ultimately getting the results that you want. Your coach can be there for you for that as well, but again, ultimately it's up to you to make the changes necessary to get the results that you're after.

You have to make sure, first and foremost, that you play full out, you put everything in, you're taking massive action, you're being coachable, your coach says to do something, you do it. You don't question it, you don't argue it, you don't have resistance, you're just being coachable and you're trusting that person. If you don't trust them, then they're the wrong coach for you.

Trust and the method to the madness

I always remind myself of the example from the Karate Kid, where Mr. Miyagi is trying to teach Daniel's son karate and stuff, and Daniel just wants to learn the karate moves but Mr. Miyagi has him paint the fence and wax the car and sand the floor, and Daniel doesn't understand any of that sort of stuff and he has some resistance, but ultimately he trusts his mentor and he does it regardless.

I think that's an important thing, because sometimes when you're working with someone and they're coaching you on something, you might not immediately see the benefit of it, but again, there's a method to the madness. You have to trust the person and ultimately believe that this is going to help you to get to where you want to be.

Take action, listen, and be coachable. Another advice that I have is making sure that you're prepared. Every coaching session that you have, you should be prepared for that session. If you have a 30-minute coaching session, you should be spending maybe 30 minutes preparing for that session and what that means is having maybe a list of questions that you can ask your coach, challenges, obstacles, really analyzing the actions that you took, the results that you might have gotten, and coming into your sessions prepared to get maximum value from that.

If you can provide information to your coach before each session, then that's going to also help your coach be able to coach you, because it's going to help save time in that session and they're going to be caught up to speed and know exactly where you're at and going to be able to help prepare for the session also.

With all the clients that I work with, I always make sure that they send me what is called a meeting prep form, which basically allows me to see exactly where they're at, what actions they took, what challenges they had, what successes they might have had, what they want to get from this session, maybe certain questions they might have of me as well.

My clients that always get the best results are the ones that are prepared, that send me all that information beforehand. Sometimes you work with people that aren't prepared. They show up late, they're not making progress and everything, and it's sometimes a challenge to really help that person because they're not able to focus on the real things that are going to get them the results.

Rather, you're more focusing on playing catch-up with that person and helping them to resolve some of the mental challenges and the habits that they might have that's stopping them from actually applying themselves. You can always fast-track it just by preparing and just taking massive action as much as you can.

At the end of each coaching session, as well, I always recommend to have an action plan, measurable actions that you can apply for yourself that can help you make progress, so whatever you discuss with your coach, try to make it into an actionable plan, some sort of practical way, certain steps or rituals or habits or actions that you can take to ensure that you're applying what you've learned.

Action is where you get the real results

Knowledge on its own is worthless. Knowledge is only potential power. The real power is the ability to take action, and so the action is where you get the real results. Not just by listening or taking notes, which is also what you should be doing as well.

Taking notes, writing things down so that you can really remember things as much as possible. So, listening to your coach, playing full-out, taking notes, massive action. Very, very important, and I think as long as you're doing that and you're taking action with things, and every time you show up for a meeting you're enthusiastic, you're open, you're being coachable, you're listening to your coach.

Coaches love that. Coaches love students that listen to them and take action. If you do that, your coach is going to be able to provide the next steps for you and take you to an even further level, and really fast-track the progress towards where you want to go.

If you're not taking action, if you're not showing up, you're wasting your time. You're wasting your money. I find sometimes, people will come to me for coaching, and they'll want help with building an online business, but they're not even capable of applying some of the basic simple steps that I might give them.

Most of the time that I might spend with that person is helping them to overcome the obstacles and barriers of their psychology to get themselves free from those so that they can finally make progress.

A lot of people, they have fears, they have doubts, they have uncertainty, they have some confidence challenges, they have some negative habits of laziness, procrastination, all those sorts of things, and I think a coach can help you overcome those things, and I think ultimately if you can be free from some of those barriers before hiring a coach, you're going to get so much more value out of it because they're not going to have to spend as much time working on those foundational things, those foundational elements.

Invest in the training program first

I think another way of looking at it as well, one other tip that I have is that, if your coach has online training programs already available, always invest in those first. Some people come to me, for example, with Kindle Publishing and they're brand new and they want to learn how to get started with it, and oftentimes a lot of what I'll teach you might already be available on my blog or my YouTube or on one of my online courses, like Mastering Book Publishing.

My favorite people to work with are actually people that have already been through some of the training that I have. They've already applied it, they're already getting some form of results, and then people come to me and they want to take things to the next level.

What I find is because they already have a foundation, you can really ramp things up in that position and help someone double their income or really scale up their business that much faster. Because they already have a foundation, they already have a business that's already being operated.

A lot of times, if they already have training programs available, I recommend investing in those things first. It's going to be a lot more inexpensive for you. Go through it, make sure you've been through all the training, all the lessons, because again, otherwise your coach is just going to teach you things that you could've already gotten at a much cheaper price.

That's another piece of advice that I have, is just really making sure that you've consumed as much as you can in your position where your coach can really help you the best and really help you maximize the results that you're after.

Hopefully, this video has been helpful for you in some way. I want to thank you guys for watching. Leave a comment below, like this video, and subscribe for more videos like this. I'll talk to you guys soon.

life coach tony robbinsOne of the most common pieces of advice that you'll hear from nearly all self-help guru's is that the fastest way to success is to find a coach, mentor or role model that can help you achieve your goal much faster.  Have you heard this before?  I know I have.  Everyone from Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, and countless other “guru's” preach the same advice.

Yet, most people don't have a life coach.  They resist it.  They think that they can “do it on their own” and often aren't willing to make that investment in themselves.  In my opinion, this is a trap that most people fall into that holds them back from having massive success in their lives.  It's something that held me back for years, and if I could go back in time, I would have immediately found a life coach at the start of my journey.  It would have saved me so much stress, time, and money in the long-run.  I'm thankful I've learned my lessons now and have had several coaches and mentors in my life.

I recorded a video the other day talking about “Why You Need A Life Coach” and the many benefits having a life coach has had in my life over the years.  I can say that having a coach has always been one of the greatest investments I've ever made in my life, and has as a result improved my life in multiple ways.  I wouldn't be running a successful business for over 5 years without a life coach.  There's no way I would be making a passive income online without a life coach.  No chance of competing in the WBFF Fitness Modelling competition.  And of course, I wouldn't be anywhere close to where I am in every other aspect of life.

In that video, I share many of the moments that my life has changed because of having a life coach or mentor.  Having a coach instilled a certain level of confidence in me and I was able to get little ideas, once acted upon, transformed my life for the better.

7 Reasons Why You Need A Life Coach

Below I want to share with you 7 Reasons Why You Need A Life Coach.

1. Having A Life Coach Makes You More Accountable.

This is one of the biggest things that can help you by having a life coach.  You all of a sudden become more accountable to follow through on whatever you're procrastinating on or stopping yourself from doing.  We all place limits on ourselves.  We all have limiting beliefs and patterns that are holding us back, preventing us from fulfilling our true potential.  When you have a life coach that is there to push you beyond your limits and what you thought was possible, a breakthrough happens.  Your entire belief system changes, and you take your life to another level.

Not only that, but most of us already KNOW WHAT TO DO… BUT DON'T DO WHAT WE KNOW.  A life coach is someone that gets you to do it.  They're all about taking massive action. No stories. No B.S. Only action and results.  Without a coach, you're only accountable to yourself – and that's the problem for most people.  When you're only accountable to yourself, you can come up with stories and excuses of why you didn't do it.  With a coach, none of that stuff flies and suddenly you're accountable to another human being, which forces you to show up at a higher level.

2. Having A Life Coach Saves You Time And Gets You Faster Results.

Time is the most scarce resource that exists.  You can always make more money, but you can't get more time.  Yet, when we attempt to do things on our own we're taking the long route and wasting that time away.  This is simply because we don't know the path ahead and what to expect.

why you need a life coachThink of going after a goal is like being stuck in the middle of the jungle, trying to reach a specific destination.  When you're doing things on your own, you're struggling your way through, getting lost, and frustrated.  Maybe you have a map, but you don't know whether it's the fastest way as you've never made it there before.

Now, what if I told you that I could give you a GPS system that has the fastest, most efficient way through the jungle to reach your destination?  Not only that, but if you get lost, there will be a helicopter that comes and picks you up and makes sure that you get there.  How much time would you save?  How much frustration, stress, and anxiety would you not have to go through because you already have a proven map?  How much more enjoyable would the process be?  This is what having a coach is like.  They can give you the map because they've already been there before, therefor saving you a significant amount of time and get there that much  faster.  They know all the short-cuts, and they are there for you if you get lost to point you in the right direction.

3. Having A Life Coach Saves You Money.

When I first started a business, I had no clue what I was really doing.  I thought I did, because I was reading books and consuming resources, but I still had no clue.  Not having a clue what you're doing essentially means you're leaving a whole whack of money on the table that you could be making.  That was the case for me.  Not only that, but I was spending and wasting money in all the wrong areas, that wasn't producing a return on investment.  When I hired a business coach, he told me exactly what I needed to be doing and I listened.  It was as simple as that.  He gave me ideas I never thought of before, and made me BELIEVE that I could do it.  As a result, I ended up making much more money.

When I committed to transforming my body, I was trying to do it on my own.  I was following programs that I found on the internet or heard from others, and was buying all the supplements and “magic potions” that are advertised in all the magazines and online. I was throwing my money away, looking for the fastest way to my goal, without really knowing what I was doing.  The first fitness coach I hired was Wade Lightheart, who is a 3-time Canadian national bodybuilding champion and competed in Mr. Universe.  The impressive thing was, he did it all as a vegetarian, which is unheard of in bodybuilding.  I followed his program, did exactly what I said, and I got results.

For my WBFF Fitness Modelling competition, I hired Dr. Joe Klemczewski who helps athlete's “peak” for fitness shows.  Before I worked with him, I was doing everything wrong.  I was wasting money on fat-burners and cutting calories far beyond what I should have.  I had totally carb depleted myself and was doing what I saw other people doing on the internet, without knowing what would specifically work for me.  It was very painful and frustrating.  I ended up losing a lot of muscle mass that I had worked so hard to attain (and invested a lot of money with food and supplements to build), and I ended up hitting rock bottom and developing an eating disorder.  I had become a binge eater and became addicted to junk food.  Every 2-3 days I would go on a binge where I would consume a large pizza, a tub of ice cream, chocolate bars, cookies, and donuts – all in one sitting.  It was disgusting, and probably one of the most painful experiences of my life.  I was throwing away my money on junk, while destroying my hard-earned body and precious well-being.  When I hired Dr. Joe Klemczewski, everything changed.  He was able to put me on a nutrition program that was really easy for me to follow, that got me better results than I could have ever dreamed of.  That was one of the smartest decisions I've ever made.

I can go on and on with so many other stories and experiences, but overall, I've saved thousands upon thousands of dollars by investing in a coach.  When people say, “I can't afford a life coach”, my answer always is, “You can't afford NOT to have one.”

4. Having A Life Coach Saves You Stress, Pain And Frustration.

I've already somewhat mentioned above how having a life coach will save you stress and frustration.  Why try to re-invent the wheel?  It's already been invented and it'll be so much easier to just learn from someone that knows what they're doing.  The stress, pain and frustration that you'll go through trying to figure things out on your own isn't worth it.  Trust me.

5. Having A Life Coach Gives You Ideas You Never Thought Of.

I mentioned in my video above how when I was in Southeast Asia I was working to build a passive income business online.  I was making $30 a month from one of my websites, trying to do things on my own.  I ended up hiring a coach from the WarriorForum, which is an internet marketing forum.  During my first coaching call with this guy, he immediately gave me an idea that I had never thought of before.  I told him every reason why it wouldn't work, which was just my limiting beliefs.

That coach ended up explaining to me why it would work and I trusted him, so I did it.  The result?  That website went from making $30 a month to $300 a month passive income.  That was over 2 years ago.  Today, that one little idea that my coach got me to take action on has made me thousands of dollars without having to do anything.  Was it worth it?  You bet.

6. Having A Life Coach Gives You Insights Into Yourself.

I've learned so much about myself throughout the years by having a coach or mentor.  One of the most valuable things are the lessons and insights you get about yourself.  You're always getting feedback and discovering more about yourself in the process.  With the hundreds of clients that I've coached over the years, there are always patterns or behaviours that I notice that they aren't even aware of.  Sometimes it's a story or limiting belief that they keep telling themselves again and again, which is holding them back.  Other times, it's a way that they carry themselves, their body language or a subtle way that they're communicating that is putting people off, preventing them from having success in their relationships with the opposite sex.  These patterns are often so ingrained in us, that they become unconscious.  We're unaware of it.

A coach is able to point these things out and help you become aware of them, so that you can change them.  Often it's the little things that make a massive difference.  I've seen incredible transformations within people just by making small changes to their way of thinking or how they are showing up.  Most people you're around on a daily basis won't point out these things to you or give you feedback, but a good coach does.  A good coach cares and is always honest with you.

7. Having A Life Coach Gives You A Stronger Sense Of Belief And Self-Confidence.

benefits of life coachThere are so many ways that we limit and hold ourselves back.  There's things that we WANT to do, but often aren't doing simply because we don't have the belief or confidence in ourselves.  When my coach proposed to me that I compete in a fitness show, I was hesitant.  I didn't believe that I could do it, and thought it took a certain type of person with a level of discipline and commitment to make something like that happen.  The truth is, I was scared.  I let my fear consume me, and was lacking the confidence in myself that I could do it.

My coach made me aware of this limiting pattern and made me realize what I'm truly capable of.  He believed in me, which gave me a strong level of belief and self-confidence within myself.  As a result, I've gained so much in the process to competing in a fitness show.  It's been one of the best decisions I've ever made, simply because I've grown so much as a human being throughout the journey.  I've had to step up and raise my standards to an entirely new level.

The Best In The World Have A Coach… So Why Wouldn't You?

michael jordan life coach

The best of the best have a coach.  The best golfer in the world, Tiger Woods, has a coach.  Michael Jordan, the best basketball player of all time, had a coach.  Barack Obama has coaches and advisors in his life.  Wayne Gretzky.  Lance Armstrong.  Oprah Winfrey.  Donald Trump.  Bill Gates.  Warren Buffet.  Richard Branson.  Tony Robbins.  Arnold Schwarzenegger.  Many of the top entertainers, musicians, performers, entrepreneurs, investors, and leaders on this planet have coaches. Successful people have coaches.

Let me ask you, does Tiger Woods need a coach?  Does Michael Jordan need a coach?  Of course not!  But, by having a coach, they are able to have the edge.  They are able to get MORE out of themselves than they ever could on their own.  Both Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan often talk about the coaches they've had and the influence they've had in their lives.

The reality is, people that are successful had coaches, mentors and role models along the way.  Nobody did it on their own.  People that think “I can do it on my own” will never make it.  It's a limiting belief – a story they tell themselves again and again, that is preventing them from having success.

It's the same thing when people say, “I can't afford it.”  It's such a B.S. story!  Whenever someone says that they can't afford something or don't have the money, it's NEVER a matter of money.  It always comes down to how committed they really are.  If you are committed to something, you will find the way to make it happen.  Think about it, if someone had a gun to your head and said “I need you to come up with $1000 by the end of the month or I will shoot you”, I'm 100% certain that you would find a way to come up with the money.  It's because you are committed to it.  It's that same level of urgency and commitment that you need to have in every other area of your life if you want to succeed.

There's been many times in my life where I couldn't afford a coach, or to attend a seminar, or to do something I wanted to do.  But I didn't let the belief of “I can't afford it” hold me back.  Instead, my belief has always been “I make the money for whatever I'm committed to.”  And guess what?  I always have.  I've always found a way to be resourceful and come up with the money.

There was a time when I wanted to travel to New York to attend a seminar.  I couldn't afford it.  Did I let that stop me?  No way.  What did I do?  I ended up putting together a car wash fundraiser event, got a bunch of my friends and family to come out, and held up signs that said “Fundraiser Car Wash By Donation”.  We spent an afternoon washing cars and I ended up making $800 in a day and paying for my entire trip.  It's because I was committed and resourceful.

The truth is, you can't afford not having a coach in your life.  It's costing you already way too much in your life.

I know that this is a long-winded article with a video and everything, and if you've made it this far, I can tell that you're clearly committed to having a better life.  If you weren't, you wouldn't be reading this!  It's great that you're reading this, but nothing changes until you take action.  I challenge you to take immediate action on applying what you learned in this article and video.  Find a coach immediately.  You won't regret it.  It'll be one of the best decisions you ever make in your life.

If you're interested in hiring me as your coach, I am happy to speak to you further about it.  Coaching has always been a passion of mine and I've been fortunate to have worked with hundreds of men and women from around the world.  I currently have clients that I continue coaching for over a year now and have helped people get incredible results in their life.  You can click here to contact me about coaching.  But it doesn't have to be me.  Find someone, ANYONE that you can help you get the results you want in your life.
