Challenges empower you or destroy you.

It is your response to adversity, not the adversity itself that ends up determining how your life will unfold. What you resist, persists. When you experience pain or uncomfortable emotions, your natural response may be to run away. Why would you want to embrace something that causes you pain, right?

In my experience, when you don't embrace challenges, you only get more of them. In Buddhism, they believe that since our mind creates everything, no external cause is really creating any pain for us. Thus, it's only the illusion within our mind that creates the pain we feel.

When you experience struggles in life, you may think that it's the struggle itself that is the problem. However, oftentimes it's a symptom of a much deeper issue that you have yet to face. Instead of resisting your challenges, what would happen if you surrendered to them? Some of my most powerful transformational experiences in life have happened on the other side of surrender.

I believe that everything, both good and bad, happens for a higher purpose. The moment that you stop fighting the natural flow of things and let go of what you cannot control is the moment that life starts acting in your favor. The challenge that a lot of people face is that they want to control everything.

At its core, the need for control is rooted in a fear of what will happen if one loses control. The reality is that you can't control everything that happens to you. Sometimes the plan that you have for your life doesn't turn out how you wanted it to be. In the words of John Lennon, “Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans.”

Life doesn't always like your plans.

Sometimes life gives you challenges that shake you to your core, to the point where you hit rock bottom – the death of a loved one, a failed marriage, losing your job, financial debt. In difficult times, you always have a choice. You can either rise and step into your power or be a victim of your circumstances.

When you allow challenges to define you, you give up your power. If you want to overcome challenges and life struggles, you must possess empowering core beliefs. Doing so will allow you to move through difficult times with grace and ease.

At the core of resilience is a belief in oneself as well as a belief in something larger than oneself. I'm grateful for all of the challenges and struggles that I've faced in life because they've made me into the person who I am today. In times of crisis, like the one we are currently facing, you are being presented with a unique opportunity to step up and take on the role of a leader.

If you're reading this, you're already a leader. Whether that's in your role as a mother, a community volunteer, a husband, or a boss. During times of uncertainty, the world needs people like you to step up to the plate. Unfortunately, we cannot always rely on the powers that be to lead or make decisions that are in our best interest. Now is the time to take action and lead through the crisis instead of merely reacting to it.

This is how to overcome life struggles and challenges.

As global citizens, I believe that it is our moral responsibility to take action and inspire others to do the same.  Call it purpose. Call it your life's mission. Whatever it is for you, I believe that we should all strive to make a difference in the world. How will you be a force for good and make a positive impact in the lives of others?

Difficult times are sent to strengthen you.

No matter what you're going through, I promise you that this adversity is merely a season. This too shall pass. Unfortunately, we don't know when. However, what I do know is that all of us have the ability to use challenges as opportunities for growth. Even when adversity strikes, growth is always possible.

Research shows that the positive changes resulting from a traumatic experience are called post-traumatic growth. The question is, “How will you respond to the challenges that you are currently experiencing?” During difficult times like these I encourage you to pull upon your resilient spirit. That voice that tells you to keep going, no matter how helpless you feel or how much you want to give up.

I know what it feels like to experience fear, anxiety, and financial instability. I want to share a vulnerable story with you. This was one of the lowest points in my life. It was the moment at which I hit rock bottom. By sharing this story, my hope is that it will bring you some comfort to know that, no matter how bad things get, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

When I was 25 years old I was living in a small apartment in downtown Vancouver. For a few years I had been trying to figure out how to make money online. I made a lot of mistakes along the way. Eventually, I started making enough money to support myself. During this time, I was dependent on Google for all of the traffic to my website. One day, Google decided to change their algorithm. In that moment, I lost 70-80% of my monthly income.

Everything was gone. Scary, right?

The fear that I went through during this time was inexplainable. On the day that this happened I was leaving for a three month trip to South America. As you can imagine, this adverse experience changed all of my travel plans. Let's be honest. It changed my entire life.

I was now in a position where I had to step up and deal with the adversity that I was facing. Within 2-3 years of my rock bottom experience, I went on to become a millionaire. I ended up moving into a penthouse in downtown Vancouver, attracted the woman of my dreams and impacted millions of peoples' lives through my content.

My entire life changed because I was committed to mastering my mindset. No matter what it is that you're going through right now, there is no reason why you can't adopt the same mindset as I did. I encourage you to watch the video above, where I talk through my adverse experience in more detail, and how I was able to transform my pain into possibility.

If you just lost your job or you're broke because of the Coronavirus pandemic, right now is the time to grow and evolve. You are being called to step into your power. On the other side of all of this adversity, you can step into the life that you've always dreamed of. However, it's up to you to create it. I believe in you, but it's time for you to believe in yourself.

If you are going through a difficult time right now, have faith.

I know that everything feels challenging right now. However, I promise that if you take the right action, you will be so much better off for it. Take a few deep breaths and trust that the best is yet to come. I will continue to do my part to inspire and uplift you. We will get through these difficult times together.

Now is the time to decide… will you be a victim of your circumstances or a victor of your life? The choice is yours.

Do you know what to do when you FAIL?

Unfortunately, a lot of people fear failure, so much so that they do anything to prevent it from happening. However, what if I were to tell you that failure is a precursor for success?

I think we can all agree that failing doesn't feel good, but it's a normal part of life. We all do it.

The key to bouncing back from failure is changing your mindset around it. Ready to discover what to do when you fail? Keep reading to find out!

Failure means that you're trying.

If you are in the game of life you will fall down and make mistakes. In his book, Celebrating Failure: The Power of Taking Risks, Making Mistakes and Thinking Big, Ralph Heath says, “Failure and defeat are life’s greatest teachers.” Failure isn't a bad thing unless you perceive it to be.

Unfortunately, a lot of people put 90% of their energy and focus on their problems instead of finding a solution. Not surprisingly, when they get knocked down they struggle to get back up again. The goal is to make sure that you are always falling forward. This means approaching failure with a positive mindset and continuing to move forward despite setbacks.

If you recently experienced a failure or have one coming in the near future (which is inevitable!), I want to give you six strategies for what to do when you FAIL.

1. Get excited

The reason why you want to get excited about failure is that you want to associate failure with success. It's an opportunity for you to learn and grow. Failing is a great thing because it means that you're doing something. I believe that the only failure in life is not trying.

The people who are spectators in the game of life are the ones who aren't doing anything. They have such a fear of failure that they feel paralyzed to take action. They've been disappointed so many times in the past that they don't see the point in trying again. As a result, they settle for a life of mediocrity. Their goals and dreams fly by and they stay stuck, while others around them thrive.

2. Ask yourself why you failed

You need to take full responsibility for your failures in life. The actions that you take are yours and yours alone. As long as you deflect and lay blame on everyone else, you will never feel empowered to change your life.

By taking responsibility for your failures it allows you to learn from your mistakes so that you don't fall into the same trap, again and again. Anytime you fail or make a mistake, ask yourself, “Why did I fail, and what could I have done differently in order to get a different result?”

At first, your mind will come up with all of the negative reasons why it wasn't a good thing. However, I encourage you to shift your perspective. It is possible for a bad situation to make you mentally and emotionally stronger. I know for a fact that all of my failures have made me a better person.

When you adopt this mindset, all of a sudden failure is perceived as a stepping stone towards creating the life that you want. When you fail, extract as much good as you can and then move forward.

3. Ask for help

You can't be afraid to ask for help. Achieving success is way too hard to do on your own. Get humble and drop your ego. Several studies at the University of Georgia have consistently shown that willingness to ask for help is one of the largest differentiators between exceptional achievers and ordinary achievers.

There are people out there who can help you avoid pain and disappointment. Don't reinvent the wheel. Rather, learn from the failures of others. Maybe it's a coach, a mentor or a therapist. Sometimes one person, idea or support system can change your entire life.

In order to get to where you want to go, you've got to upgrade your current thinking. If you keep doing what you've always done, you will keep getting what you've always got.

4. Change your approach and adapt

All failure means is that you tried something and it didn't work. That's okay. All you can do is learn from it and change your approach until something works. Adapting your approach allows you to improve your decision-making process. Eventually, it will lead to the right plan of action.

5. Build strength from failure

A lot of people let failure define who they are. Don't fall into this trap. When you experience failure, you need to shift yourself into a state of confidence and certainty, fast. This is why I encourage you to build your mental muscle.

A great way to do this is by creating a morning ritual. Waking up every day and engaging in healthy habits will ensure that you are in control of your mind and emotions so that when adversity strikes, you won't fall apart.

6. Have Faith

I believe that everything happens for a reason. Trust that your failures will serve and benefit you in some way. Just because you failed at something doesn't mean that you don't deserve success!

Maybe the Universe is challenging you to see what you are really made of. Faith is what will empower you to stay strong and keep going when all hell breaks loose.

This is what to do when you FAIL.

Failure is good for your success. If you can approach every setback with this mindset, you will thrive in your life. You are bigger than any failure. Don't forget it.

Do you ever feel like giving up? If so, you're not alone.

Maybe you’re at a point in your life where you feel as if choosing a mediocre life would be easier. Going through the pain of disappointment and failure is a tough pill to swallow. I've been there.

Learned helplessness is a powerful psychological belief that holds people back due to repeated failures. Yes, failing sucks, but it's not the end all be all.

I’m here to tell you that giving up is not an option. There is a more empowering choice that you can make.

If you feel like giving up, don't. Just take a deep breath and keep reading!

Giving up is easy.

When nothing is going your way it's easy to talk yourself into throwing in the towel. It's having the courage to continue when every bone in your body doesn't want to that counts most. A lot of people give up at the first sign of failure. If you haven't realized it already, failure is just a normal part of this wild ride that we call life.

I understand why so many people work hard to avoid it at all costs. It doesn't feel good. I've failed a lot, and I plan on failing a lot more in the future. The way I see it is that if you aren't failing, you aren't trying. It is only through getting knocked down and learning from the lessons that you are able to come back stronger than ever before.

In her book, Growth Mindset: The New Psychology of Success, Carol Dweck talks about the value of learning by trial and error. She says that if we don't give ourselves permission to take miss-steps as we move towards our goals, we miss out on invaluable opportunities to learn about what works and what doesn't.

I've experienced some very dark times in my life. I'm not going to lie… there were times when I felt like giving up, but I didn't. There was always a voice inside of my head that said, “keep going.” I've learned that the only way out of darkness is to go through it.

Whatever pain and struggle you've experienced in the past, there is no point dwelling on it today. If you are constantly looking at the rear view mirror you will never move forward in life.

Do you still feel like giving up?

You have two choices in life. You can either become consumed by your failures and be a victim of your circumstances, or you can rise up and keep pushing forward. Nobody said it was going to be easy but nothing of value ever is. Never settle in your life.

More importantly, don't ever give up on yourself. Today is a new opportunity for you to become the person that you want to be. Take a deep breath and keep going. In the words of Michael Jordan, “If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it.”

Are you ready to start climbing?

Are you ready to overcome adversity? Hard times don't have to last forever.

When life knocks you down, what do you do? Do you dust yourself off and keep moving forward, or do you curl up in a ball and give up? Adversity takes many forms and effects each person differently. What matters most is how you choose to react when adversity strikes.

If you want to master your life, you need to learn how to overcome adversity and hard times. How do I know? I've been faced with some big challenges in my life that have tested my strength. By making the choice to overcome adversity, I was able to make room for healthier relationships, financial abundance, greater confidence, and a heightened level of personal fulfillment and joy.

You may not be able to see it now, but adversity is actually a blessing in disguise. It is an opportunity for you to prove to yourself how strong you really are. In the words of Barbara De Angelis, “We don’t develop courage by being happy every day. We develop it by surviving difficult times and challenging adversity.”

Are you ready to learn 9 strategies for how to overcome adversity and hard times?

When you overcome adversity, you change your life.

Yes, hard times can be difficult to bare and can leave emotional scars that are difficult to let go of, but we always have a choice. You don't need to possess superhuman strength in order to bounce back from adversity. The secret to learning how to overcome adversity and hard times is resilience.

You may be wondering, “What does it mean to be resilient?” Resilience is the process of thriving through adversity, trauma or stress. It is not something that you are born with. Rather, it is a trait that can be developed over time.

In her book, Supernormal: The Untold Story of Adversity And Resilience, Meg Jay says that, “What I like about the word ‘supernormal' is it hints at how heroic that is — that it takes a lot of courage to go out there and rise above your circumstances or rise above the events that have happened to you.”

It's not the events of life that matter, but rather the meaning that we create from those events. Whether or not you create an empowering or disempowering meaning from hard times in your life is entirely up to you. Two different people can experience the same event but take away an entirely different meaning from their experience.

Resilient people don't focus on how hard times broke them in the first place. Rather, they pay attention to and embrace the actions that they took in order to get through the difficult times. They wake up every day and consciously choose growth and focus on what they can control.

Researchers have discovered five particular areas of growth that often spring from adversity: interpersonal relationships, the identification of new possibilities for one's life, personal strength, spirituality, and an appreciation of life. This phenomenon is referred to as post-traumatic growth. Each of us has the power to channel our pain into productive ways of living.

If you struggle with adversity, today is a new day to reclaim your power. You no longer have to drown in the ocean of despair. Now is the time to be your own anchor and ride the storms of life, with grace and ease. I want to teach you 9 strategies that will help you overcome adversity and hard times once and for all.

1. Believe In Yourself

Don't let anything or anyone make you question your belief in yourself. When adversity hits, it's easy for our self-esteem to take a massive blow, but you need to realize that you are NOT defined by your challenges. Adversity isn't a part of your identity. It's merely an experience.

Trust that you have the ability to take back control of your life when everything feels like it's falling apart. Acknowledge the adversity and hard times that you are experiencing, but know that you will overcome anything that stands in your way of success.

Don't allow your inner critic to rope you into the story that you aren't strong enough to get through tough times. Think back to all of the times in your life when you rose back from the ashes, and use those experiences as reminders of how strong you are.

2. Drop Negative Self-Talk

What you think and say about yourself will create your outcomes in life. When adversity occurs, be aware of how you talk to yourself. If you focus primarily on the negative aspects of a stressful event, then you will be more likely to replay those negative thoughts in your head. Your inner critic will feed off the negativity, further diminishing your self-esteem.

Words are powerful. Resist saying things like, “I can't do this” or “This is tough.” Don't let the story that your inner critic is trying to tell you to dictate your choices. Instead, focus on language that is empowering, positive and that inspires you to take action to change your life.

3. Practice Self-Compassion

When life knocks you down, showing kindness and compassion towards yourself can go a long way. Studies show that self-compassion is a key piece in peoples' ability to overcome adversity and hard times. Let's pull upon research to support this point of view.

Kristin Neff, Ph.D., a pioneer in self-compassion research, says self-compassion has three main components: (a) Self-kindness – replace harsh self-criticism with kinder, gentler words, (b) common humanity – acknowledge that suffering and personal failure is a universal experience; and (c) mindfulness – observe your negative emotions without focusing on them or suppressing them.

Mistakes will happen in life. Don't be so hard on yourself! If you dwell on the negative, you will never be able to move forward. When you are recovering from setbacks, do you speak to yourself like you would to a good friend that is going through hard times? If not, it's time to show yourself some more self-compassion.

4. Change Your Response

Whenever adversity looms its ugly face and tries to take you down, how do you respond? Your response is what will determine how fast you are able to bounce forward from adversity. It's not what happens to you that matters. Rather, it's what you choose to do with that negative experience.

Resilient-minded people are always growing and seeking new to ways to learn from life's experiences. When we respond to a negative event in a positive way, positive results unfold. At the end of the day, life is all about choices. We can't always choose what happens to us, but we can always choose how we will respond.

Don't react. Rather, be proactive, take ownership of your problems, and eventually, you will find that adversities and hard times are just obstacles that you can and will overcome. Robert Collier said it best – “In every adversity there lies the seed of an equivalent advantage. In every defeat is a lesson showing you how to win the victory next time.”

5. Take Responsibility For Your Life

It’s not easy to take responsibility for your circumstances, especially when they are out of our control. However, by playing the victim and taking a back seat to your life, you are disempowering yourself, leaving you feeling powerless and unable to take control of the situation.

It comes down to accepting that life is a rollercoaster ride of highs and lows. And in order to enjoy the ride, you need to appreciate the duality, without any resistance to the process. Sometimes when we are dealt an unfair hand, we assume that life is working against us.

However, every experience of adversity is designed to help us become better versions of ourselves. When you take responsibility for your life and your circumstances, you are better able to embrace the hard times that life can bring.

6. Ask For Help

When adversity and hard times strike, don't be afraid to ask for help from colleagues, friends or loved ones. Oftentimes when we feel deeply wounded by hard times, it is easy to feel like we are alone, but you aren't. The fear of looking stupid or weak stops many people from reaching out for help. These limiting beliefs are created from years of societal conditioning that teaches us that vulnerability equates to weakness. This is far from true. Asking for help is one of the most accurate measures of strength, so don't be afraid to share your story and express how you feel.

7. Find The Silver Lining

Every adversity presents an opportunity for growth. Think back to some of the most difficult times in your past. What did you learn about yourself and how did your life change as a result of that experience? Resilient people always look for opportunities in adversities and hard times.

Do resilient people feel pain deeply? Of course, but they don't dwell in self-loathing and victimhood. They recover from the blows of life and find the silver lining that allows them to become more.

It may seem impossible to look for the good when you are in the throws of a negative situation, but a positive attitude is what will allow you to get back into the game of life much faster. In the words of Marilyn Monroe, “Sometimes things fall apart so that better things can fall together.”

8. Create A Game Plan

If you want to change your life for the better, you need to create a game plan and take positive action. You create your reality. You can either choose to dwell in negativity or rise up and take back your life. Don't wait and hope for a better tomorrow.

Hard times can knock us down if we allow them to. We always have a choice to transform pain into possibility. Don't be limited by adversity and hard times. Know your strength and believe that you are capable of doing anything. If you are willing to persist, despite the odds, and rise above your circumstances there is nothing that will stand in your way of success.

9. Adopt An Attitude Of Gratitude

What if I told you that a simple change in your attitude could help you overcome adversity of any kind? This is where the power of gratitude comes into play. This is a state of mind that helps us see everything in life as a gift. In the face of hard times, gratitude is what helps us cope and gives us hope.

I believe that everything in life happens for a reason, and that negative experiences are designed to serve our higher self in some way. It's our job to find out what that is. I'm so grateful for all of the hard times I've been through. In fact, I celebrate them. Everything that I've gone through in my life has made me the person I am today.

Some of the biggest breakthroughs that I've experienced in my life happened right after I was able to overcome massive adversity. To this day, when something negative happens, I always ask myself, “What's great about this experience and what can I learn from this?” It's your job to find the empowering meanings of every experience that you face, both good and bad.

When you are in the moment, you don't always see the value of gratitude, but I encourage you to always trust that the events that have happened in your life serve a purpose that is bigger than yourself. Sometimes hard times force us to hit rock bottom so that we can reflect on our lives and grow through adversity. You can lose everything, but the one thing that can never be taken away from you is what you've learned and who you have become in the process.

There is always a lesson to be learned from every experience. If you believe that life happens for you, not to you, you will feel empowered to get through anything that tests your strength.

I want to talk to you about how to step up in moments of crisis and adversity. There are a lot of challenges occurring in the world right now.

The devastation that Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Harvey have inflicted upon the people of the Caribbean, Florida and Texas is heartbreaking. Hurricane Maria has people in Puerto Rico currently in desperate need. My prayers are with all of the families who have lost their homes and loved ones.

Whether we are directly affected by these challenges or not, I think that a lot of people become passive to them. They don’t reflect upon how they can make a difference to help improve situations of crisis and adversity.

We are all global citizens; it is our responsibility to play a role in the betterment of the world at large. In doing so, we are helping to secure a better future for all of us.

In the words of Albert Einstein, “Adversity introduces a man to himself.” Are you ready to learn how to step up in moments of crisis and adversity?

It’s easy to get caught up in our own daily lives, but I believe that we all need to step up and become leaders, whether that means leading your team, community, family, or friends.

Be someone that steps in moments of crisis and adversity. Focus on cultivating the habit of being active rather than passive to active in all areas of your life. That is what true leadership is. Are you living an active or a passive life?

True leaders raise their consciousness. Instead of focusing solely on their own needs, they are more ethnocentric, world-centric, or spirit-centric. They have the ability to step outside of themselves and care about people and humanity, on a global scale.

I believe that within all of us lies the potential to give and contribute beyond ourselves. This is my mission in life, and what I commit to doing every day, both in my personal and professional life. Do you want to know how to step up in moments of crisis and adversity? Here are four ways:

1. Give Money

Giving money is one of the most valuable resources that you can offer to people during times of crisis and adversity. This is something that I always strive to do.

Sometimes when we talk about giving money, resistance can come up. You may say, “Stefan, I don’t have money to give.” If you feel that you’ve got nothing to give, that’s the moment at which you should give. Why?

Because it trains your mind to move from a place of scarcity to one of abundance. There will always be people in this world that are worse off than you.

It’s not about the amount that you give. Rather, it’s about cultivating the habit of giving. When you are able to step outside of yourself and give to others in need, it allows your problems to dissipate.

The Tony Robbins Foundation has a program called, “The International Basket Brigade”, built on the notion that one small act of generosity on the part of one caring person can transform the lives of hundreds.

Throughout the year he puts together baskets of foods for over two million people who are in need, and delivers them to countries all over the world.

There was a time in my life when I was in a lot of debt and lived with a scarcity mindset. I remember being so inspired by Tony Robbins’ Foundation that I went to a store, filled two baskets worth of food for families in need, and delivered it to their homes.

In each basket, I wrote a note, which said, “This is from someone that cares about you. All that I ask is that you take good care of yourself so that one day you can do the same thing for someone else in need.”

Despite the challenges that I was facing during that time in my life, this simple act of service freed me in so many different ways.

2. Give Time

If you can’t invest money, give your time, through acts of service, like volunteering at a homeless shelter or food bank in the city in which you live.

Not only are these experiences rewarding, but it’s also a great way to connect with others.

There are leaders in this world that step up and actually go to countries that are in need of help. They aren’t doing it for recognition. Rather, they are just doing it because it’s the right thing to do.

I’m going to Ethiopia next month to volunteer for a school that I helped fund and build. It is a powerful experience that allows me to get even closer to helping people.

3. Give Blood

Blood is a very important resource and something that people in dire circumstances need in order to survive. Not only that, but it’s actually good for you.

While women have their periods every month which allows them to cleanse their blood, men do not go through this process, which is why giving blood is great! It allows your body to create new red blood cells.

Go into your local blood bank, give blood, and change someone’s life for the better.

4. Send Positive, Loving Energy

Regardless of what your spiritual beliefs are, if you cannot give your money or time, send love, positive energy, thoughts, and prayers to those who need it most. I believe that love is the most powerful force in the Universe.

These are some examples of how to step up in moments of crisis and adversity. Don’t be passive. There is always something that you can do.

I hope I have inspired you to give more and become a leader in this world. There is a Chinese saying that goes: “If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap. If you want happiness for a day, go fishing. If you want happiness for a year, inherit a fortune. If you want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody.”

I would like to share with you 4 skills that every successful entrepreneur MUST master. In order to succeed in today's ever-changing and ultra-competitive business world, you need to possess a unique mix of competencies to help tackle the myriad of challenges that arise.

Everyone starts somewhere. Even the most successful entrepreneurs in the world have gone through the process of building their skills and improving their strengths. Unfortunately, many entrepreneurs get stuck in their ways and forget to invest in their greatest asset – themselves.

Research shows that nine out of ten startups will fail. This is bleak news for many aspiring entrepreneurs, but if you take the time and effort to master these skills, you will be one step ahead of your competitors.

Someone once said, “Entrepreneurship is living a few years of your life like most people won't, so that you can spend the rest of your life like most people can't.” Are you ready to learn what it takes in order to master your business?

Do you want to learn how to accelerate the process of mastering your online business? CLICK HERE to join my Online Business Mastery program!

Below are 4 skills that every successful entrepreneur must master:

1. Self-Confidence

Starting a company is both an exciting and overwhelming feat. At some point in their career, every entrepreneur experiences feelings of self-doubt.

Without self-confidence, becoming a successful entrepreneur is impossible. If you don't believe in yourself, how do you expect anyone to believe in you? The most effective way to grow your self-confidence is to step outside your comfort zone.

Doing the very thing that you think you cannot do will build your self-esteem so that you can master any challenge that stands in your way of success. In the words of Samuel Johnson, “Self-confidence is the first requisite to great undertakings.”

2. Integrity

If there is one value that every entrepreneur should live by, it's to build a reputation of integrity and credibility. You are the face of your brand. Warren Buffett said it best, “In looking for people to hire, look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence, and energy. And if they don’t have the first one, the other two will kill you.”

You are the face of your brand. When it comes to purchasing products or services, the reality is that people buy from people that they like. Your success in becoming an entrepreneur will be determined by the number of people who trust you.

Commit to being honest in everything that you do and say. In the world of entrepreneurship, success will come and go, but integrity withstands the test of time.

3. Innovation

In today's digital world, entrepreneurial success requires the production of innovative ideas and cutting-edge solutions. Innovative entrepreneurs make a difference; they question, observe, network, and experiment every day in order to generate new ideas.

It doesn't matter how many hours you invest in building your business. None of it will matter if you aren't harnessing the power of innovation. In today's world, entrepreneurs need to think smart, not hard.

The founders of the most innovative companies in the world, like Amazon, changed the game by creating new business ideas that nobody had thought of before. If you want to create a sustainable online business that has a strong brand and client base, never stop improving your business.

4. Resilience

You won't last long as an entrepreneur if you aren't resilient. Resilience is defined as the ability to bounce back from adversity and come back stronger than ever. Everyday entrepreneurs are faced with a myriad of difficult decisions that test their emotional and mental capacities.

Entrepreneurial success requires that you stay calm under pressure, possess a positive attitude, and view failure as an opportunity to grow. If you are passionate about your business, these are some core resiliency skills that you need to develop.

Being able to overcome challenges takes sheer perseverance, courage, and the belief that what you’re doing has a purpose. If you don't have a strong why you won't get far in the business world. When challenges arise, remember that tough times don't last, but tough people do.

These are 4 skills that every successful entrepreneur must master. If you have time to invest in your business, you have time to invest in yourself. Mastering these skills will allow you to take your business to the next level and be one step ahead of your competition!

Comfort is the enemy. When you really think about, there is nothing comfortable about a comfort zone. Eventually you become stagnant, lazy, and bored.  We are creatures of habit, and familiarity is what breeds comfort, but unfortunately, nothing grows in a comfort zone.

If you aren’t where you want to be in your life, it is most likely because you are stuck in your comfort zone. One of the biggest things that holds people back is fear, but fear is an illusion that is created by your mind. When is the last time you stepped out of your comfort zone and took on a new challenge? The reality is that if you aren’t growing, you're dying.

In order to achieve success in life, you have to be willing to take risks. When you do so, you discover who you truly are, which opens up the doors for growth, possibility, and change. The most successful people in the world made the choice to take the road less traveled; they learned how to get comfortable being uncomfortable by constantly pushing and testing the limits.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone. Are you ready to take the leap and tap into the unlimited potential that resides within you?

Some people believe that on the other side of a goal is a life of comfort. They think that the struggle that they have to go through today is just a temporary process, and on the other side of the fence, life becomes easy and effortless. This is far from true.

They sell this illusion to themselves because it creates a sense of sanity. The challenge with this belief system is that once these people achieve their goal, they may take their foot off the gas, because they think, “I made it.” The reality is that the moment you get comfortable is the moment when you know you have to change something in your life.

There have been times in my life when I achieved such a high level of success, which made me feel that I had ‘made it’ and could now do whatever I wanted. It was at this point that I stopped working hard. Soon thereafter, I found myself in a place of boredom and depression. I had no sense of purpose. I slowly regressed back to old habits and I stopped feeling that sense of mission and excitement.

I believe that, as human beings, we become who we are through challenges and adversities. We have to learn to embrace the unknown. That is when we learn who we truly are and what we are made of. Comfort is the enemy. The only way that you grow is by stepping outside of your comfort zone. When you stop growing, you are no longer happy and fulfilled.

One of the best decisions that I made in my life is accepting that, in order to feel alive and be happy, I have to do things that make me feel uncomfortable. This shift in my mindset took my life to a whole other level. The most successful people in the world work the hardest. They don’t need to do it, but they do because they understand that growth is a part of life.

Someone who is dedicated to living a life of mastery ascribes to this way of thinking. It all comes down to your mindset.  It’s OK to be comfortable and experience pleasure. I encourage you to celebrate your accomplishments, but don’t let it hinder you from growing and evolving in your life.

Comfort is the enemy. I challenge you to open your mind to this new way of thinking. Although it might feel warm and cozy in your comfort zone, there is no room for excitement or adventure.  Adversity, problems and difficult times are a reality of life. Embrace them, and acknowledge that they are there to teach you something about yourself and the world. Instead of looking at discomfort in a negative way, why not embrace it as a gift in order to grow and maximize your potential?

Lou Macabasco said it best – “We cannot become what we want to be by remaining what we are. We can only change our life, if we are brave enough to be out of our comfort zone, because the first step to change in your circumstances, is a change from within you.”

Video transcript

Comfort is the enemy. Now, oftentimes when I make a statement like that, it elicits a mixed response in people. For some people, it might make them feel uncomfortable. For others, they're thinking, “Well, why am I doing this all for them?  Why am I going through this discomfort right now to achieve my goals and dreams? I thought I was doing that so that one day I could finally be comfortable?”  You might disagree or agree with that statement, but regardless, I want you to have an open mind because taking on this belief system can change your entire life.

In fact, it's made a huge difference in my life. When I really acknowledged this and accepted it in my life, it allowed me to go to a whole new level. Thinking that comfort is the enemy is a very counterintuitive thing, because for most people, they want to live a comfortable life. You want to live a life where you can start a business, and maybe you acknowledge and accept the fact that it's going to be uncomfortable at first because everything is brand new. You understand that you need to go through that process and that journey, and that there are ups and downs, and failures along the way.

However, you are doing it with the aspiration that one day, you are going to build your business, create passive income, have someone run your business for you, and make a certain amount of money.  One day, you are going to be comfortable and live a life where you just get to do nothing.  If you are currently pursuing a fitness or a health goal, you might think, “My God, right now it's really uncomfortable because I have to go to the gym, and I have to push myself.  I have to lift weights that I'm not comfortable lifting.  It hurts, it's painful, and I've got to recover. I've got to push myself beyond my comfort zone. I'm doing that so that one day I'm going to have that fit, athletic body that I desire. I'm going to have the vibrancy and the vitality, and I'm going to be comfortable.”

Or you might think, “It might be uncomfortable right now to pursue a relationship, but I've got to face my fears and be vulnerable. I've got to go through this whole uncomfortable process so that one day I can attract that man or woman of my dreams, and I can finally be comfortable.”  This is an illusion that people have about life.  They think that, on the other side of their goal, is this life of comfort. They think that the struggle that they're going to have to go through right now is just a temporary struggle, and then on the other side, life is easy and effortless. Like I said, it's the biggest illusion that's being sold to you. Oftentimes, people buy into this.  They sell that to themselves because it creates a sense of sanity of why they are doing what they are doing. They think that on the other side there's going to be this magnificent comfort and pleasure that they are going to experience.

The challenge with that belief system, is that once you achieve your goal and make it to the other side – you create that lifestyle, you make that money, you create that passive income, you acquire that relationship or that body – there's going to be a moment when you are going to take your foot off the gas because you're going to think that you made it. You're going to think, “You know what? I went through the grind, I went through the hustle, I achieved this life, and now I can finally be comfortable.  I can get a TV, and I can sit around and just finally do what I want to do. I can now enjoy the foods that I want to enjoy. I can go to the expensive restaurants. I can sit on the beach all day, or I no longer have to go through that. I could just play video games and live a very comfortable life.”

When you believe that, you take that on, and that's the beginning of the end right there. In fact, I remember Robert Herjavec from Shark Tank said that, “Comfort is the beginning of the end.” The moment you get comfortable, change something. Change something so that you are uncomfortable because the moment you get to that point when you stop growing and evolving, you stop pushing yourself. What happens when you stop growing and evolving is that you don't feel alive or happy. You miss out on that sense of fulfillment.  I'm sharing this from my experience as well, and people that I've coached and worked with, that have been through the exact same process. There's times in my life where I achieved a high level of success or I achieved a certain goal, and I thought, “You know what? I've made it now and I just want to be comfortable.”

It's only so long before you start going back to your old self, where your progress, your results, the life that you've created, the person that you've become, and the process starts to diminish slowly, but surely. Then you find yourself in a place of boredom, a place of lacking that fulfillment and happiness.  As human beings, we require challenge and adversity. Instead of looking at discomfort in a negative way, why not embrace it? Embrace it as a gift that allows you to grow and maximize your potential.

I remember when I was on the journey of really trying to make it happen and achieve success.  I was doing things, like intense morning rituals. I was going to all these different seminars.  I was learning, growing, and hiring coaches and mentors. I didn't even have a TV.  I thought TV was just the biggest waste of time. It was holding me back from my goals. I would sleep less. I had accountability buddies. I was setting visions and goals and taking massive action towards my goals so that one day I could achieve all of them and be comfortable.

However, once I achieved a high level of success and I became financially free, then I thought to myself, “You know what? I no longer need to do those things that I did before.  Now is the time I can buy a TV and I can get 500 channels, and I could now do whatever I want to do.  I don't have to do rituals. I don't have to do all these sort of things.” I thought I had made it.

I found myself in a place where I was actually depressed for a period of my life. I was like, “You know what? I'm just bored. I've got this beautiful penthouse. I've got this nice car. I've got this amazing relationship. I've got this great body. I achieved all these things that I thought that I wanted to achieve and I can just finally be comfortable.” But the challenge was that I slowly regressed back to where I was before. I stopped feeling that sense of aliveness and that sense of purpose, mission, and excitement, and the challenge that I had to go through in overcoming those challenges, and really growing and evolving myself.

I think that comfort is a trap.  Comfort is the enemy, and that in our lives we always need to be growing and evolving. The only way that you grow is by stepping outside your comfort zone. We all have this realm of comfort. The more you grow, the bigger this realm of comfort becomes for you. Right now, your comfort zone might be relatively small, but the more that you push it, guess what? It becomes bigger. Things that once were uncomfortable for you now become comfortable because your realm of comfort has expanded.

The challenge is that when you stop pushing that comfort zone, and you stop facing that discomfort, you stop growing, and you are no longer happy and fulfilled.  We have to embrace discomfort and struggle. We have to embrace the uncertainty and the unknown.  The most successful people in the world all work their butts off. They are all growing, evolving, and doing incredible things. They don't need to do because they already have all the money in the world, but they are still doing it because they understand that growth is a part of life, that if you are not growing, than you're dying. Perhaps this belief system might be counterintuitive for you.  You might not even be open to it, based on where you are at right now in your life, but I want you to open yourself up to it a little bit and understand that discomfort is here to stay, and that you can't be living your life for comfort.

One of the best decisions that I made in my life a long time ago is understanding that, in order to be alive and happy in my life, I'm going to have to do things that I don't want to do. I'm going to have to do things when I don't feel like doing it, when I'm tired, when emotionally I might be off, or going through a hard time, or whatever it might be. It's in those moments in life where you just want to be comfortable and sit in front of the TV, or watch Netflix, or play video games, or eat that junk food, that might make you feel good temporarily.

I understood that successful people still do things when they don't feel like it. They still push themselves past those uncomfortable feelings and emotions. When you do, on the other side is a sense of aliveness and freedom unlike anything else, where you just feel incredible. I'm sure you know that feeling when you didn't want to do something, like going to the gym, but you pushed yourself anyways. You always feel great about yourself afterwards because you did something that was right. It was making progress in your life towards who you want to be.

It's a different mindset. It's a different belief system that I hope that you will take on.  You need to understand that it's not all about being comfortable. Maybe it's okay to be comfortable for a little while. I'm not saying that you shouldn't celebrate. I'm not saying that you shouldn't experience any pleasure in your life. Don't get mixed up with that. I'm not saying that you shouldn't have that. I think that it's a great thing to reward yourself.  I'm not saying that you can't watch TV or play the video games once in a while.

Once in a while is okay, as long as as it's not the every day norm.  As long as it doesn't hold you back from growing and evolving in your life to being who you want to be and experiencing your potential. Keep that in mind. You always have to be growing. You are always going to be facing discomfort and challenges in your life. Embrace the struggles. Take them on. Acknowledge them. Accept them.  Understand that they are gifts that you've been given that can allow you to really grow.

In fact, I remember seeing a study that found that, when people get tired and retire around 65 years of age, they end up dying because they no longer have a purpose. They no longer have obstacles and something that they are moving towards. They just get bored.  They have nothing that's challenging them and allowing them to grow. It's not about comfort; it's about growth and understanding that discomfort is part of that process.  Take it on, embrace it, and acknowledge it. I want to thank you for watching this video. I would like to share with you how to deal with adversity, problems and difficult times in life.

Whether you like it or not, challenges are a normal part of life. Things will happen that are out of your control. How you choose to respond to those challenges when they arise is reflective of your emotional state.

It is easy to get caught in the trap of “why me” or “life is unfair”, but these limiting beliefs don’t serve your higher self.

In the words of Tony Robbins, “When your life doesn’t match your blueprint of how you expect it to be, you're upset, but when it doesn’t match and you feel that theres nothing you can do, that’s when people suffer.”

The good news is that there is ALWAYS something that you can do.  Take a new approach to life. Focus on creating beliefs that empower you to take action and rise above the obstacles that are standing in your way of success. So many people live in a state of stress because they are unable to control what happens to them. Stress manifests itself when expectations cannot be met.

You have two choices – you can either change your reality or change your expectations. When life doesn’t match our expectations, it’s easy to feel like we have failed, but life itself is uncertain. I guarantee you that there will be times when things don’t work out the way that you planned.

You can do your best to make your ‘perfect plan’ in life unfold, but there are so many events in life that are outside of our control. What would happen if you stepped back, surrendered, and stopped controlling everything in your life?

In the words of Eckhart Tolle, “Sometimes surrender means giving up trying to understand and becoming comfortable with not knowing.”  There is freedom in letting go of expectations and control. We don’t fully understand our strengths until we are tested by adversity, problems, and difficult times in life.

Trust the process of life, relinquish control, and know that everything happens for a reason. I'm not saying that you shouldn’t prepare and work hard in life, but learn to accept whatever happens, and be okay with it. If you took this perspective, what would this do for your life?

In the words of Ann Landers, “Expect trouble as an inevitable part of life and repeat to yourself the most comforting words of all – this too shall pass.” Have complete acceptance of what is and faith that all is well in your world.

When you adopt this mindset, you will more easily attract what you want into your life. No matter how tough things appear right now, trust that you will make it through, and that you will come out the other end stronger and more powerful than ever before.

Video transcript:

Let me ask you a question. What would happen to you in your life if you stop trying to control things as much, that you did everything you could to succeed, to achieve your goals, to take action but you let go of the attachments of things happening the way that you believe are supposed to happen. Now, the reason why I bring that up is I see a lot of people in life that they're always stressed out and stress comes when your expectations aren't being met. When you're always trying to control life and believing that life has to be a certain way and this has to happen or this shouldn't happen.

Then often times, what happens is people, they're always stressed out, they always have anxiety, they're always living in fear, they're always suffering on some level. Because life is totally uncertain. Life is unknown. You could do the best that you can that create the life that you want to achieve your goals and results.I can promise you, there's going to be parts of life, of things that are going to occur that aren't going to work out the way you want them to work out. I find so many people, what happens is, things happen in life and they resist things so much. They resist emotions, they resist outcomes and results that occur.

Whenever you resist, persist in your life. I was actually having a conversation with a coach and he said that, we're talking about this. All emotions only last 90 seconds. That's it. All emotions last 90 seconds unless you resist them. See, a lot of people … If you just let an emotion be, you don't judge it, you don't try to control it, you don't try to resist it and think I shouldn't feel this way or whatever it is, it just passes. Every emotion will pass, everything that you're going to through right now will pass. Every failure, or adversity, or hardship, or challenge that you're going through or problem will pass.

If you just trust the process of life and relinquish that control of things always happen to be a certain way. My belief is, I love working hard and hustling. There's a time in my life where it's just hustle and it's just always trying to control things in my life. As a result, I was always stressed. Don't get me wrong. I like the hustle mentality. I love people like Gary Vaynerchuk and Grant Cardone. The crush it mentality but that is a very stressed way of living life. I believe in the hustle but also trusting that everything happens for a reason.

Trusting that I'm guided, trusting that everything will work out because it always does. It always does. Everything always works out. Did you find that in your life? I remember for me years ago, I was so attached to at one point, just meeting women. I was a single guy and I wanted to get a girlfriend. I was so attached to that outcome become a reality. As a result, I was always frustrated and upset because I didn't have that result. Things didn't work out the way I wanted to. I'd go out and I try to meet someone, it didn't work out. I get a phone number, I called the girl and she wouldn't call me back.

I was always stressed, I was always in pain, I was always suffering. It wasn't until I just let go of the outcome. I said, “You know what? I'm going to go out. I'm going to meet people. I'm going to be myself. I'm going to grow to be the best I can be. I'm going to add value and serve.” Then, whatever happens, happens. Whatever happens, happens. Whatever turns up in my life and I create, I manifest, that's okay. If I'm meant to attract this person and meant to be in my life, they will. If not, that's okay, too. I understand that for some of you, you're so left brain analytical that you close off to something being a little bit more metaphysical.

Something more open and something more having faith, is really what it is. Because faith is a reason to believe when there's no reason to believe. It's having certainty in total uncertainty just because you decide to. Having the belief that things always happen the way they're supposed to. When I relinquish that control, you know what happen? I started to attract people in my life. I start to attract women in my life and have a much better experience of that because … I wasn't always stressed, I wasn't always attached to the outcome and things having to be a certain way.

Things wouldn't work out with this one girl and I say, “Thank you, God. Thank you. What's next? What's next?” You know what? I was grateful for that because that made an opening for the right person to be in my life. I remember years ago, many years actually throughout my early 20s and beyond that before that. I remember this one girl broke my heart. There's been many that broke my heart. I was really attached to them and I thought they're amazing and I was in love with them. At the time when that happened, I was devastated. I was like really hurt and sad and depressed over that.

Today, I'm like, “Thank you. Thank you so much.” Because I'm so grateful that I'm not with that person. I'm so grateful that it wasn't the right fit for me. Nothing wrong with them but just aligned with who I am and everything. I'm grateful for that but at the time, I couldn't see beyond that because I was very attached to things being with that person and having a certain expectation of that. I'm grateful for that because if I was with that person and things worked out the way that I wanted them to, I would be miserable. I'd be unhappy. I will not be who I am today.

Because it didn't work out and I'm so thankful for the universe or God or whatever you want to call it that it didn't work out, it's allowed me to attract the woman that I'm meant to spend my life with today, and for me to be who I am today. Because I was just so short sighted, I wasn't able to see that. I wasn't able to have altitude and perspective. I remember times with my business man, I remember years ago, I was learning internet marketing and I was doing some gray hat search engine optimization at the time which involved getting all these backlinks to your site that were like low-quality backlinks.

I was like ranking and making some money and getting some results from that. I was like getting excited for that. What happened was, Google changed their algorithms and then, boom. My website got wiped out. All my traffic went away and I remember being so stressed about that and so upset and devastated. I tried all these things to control the outcome. Today, I'm so thankful for that. I'm thankful for that because if that didn't happen, I wouldn't have learned the right way of doing things and I wouldn't have gone through what I needed to go through that led me into different direction to having a life and who I am today.

I'm sure I can go on and on but I'm sure you have moments like that, too. Moments of your life that were painful and challenging, devastating for you adversity. That you look back upon today and you're like, “Wow. I'm actually happy that things didn't work out the way that I wanted them to. Because I'm on the other side now and things are much better.” Why go through the suffering? Why go through the pain of that? Why go through the frustration, the stress that a lot of people have to go through, instead of just trusting life.

Trusting that everything happens the way it's supposed to. Trusting that everything happens for a reason and a purpose and that it serves you. Maybe believing that you're guided. Maybe believing that everything is a gift and a blessing in disguise because I believe that it really is. Everything serves a purpose in your life. Again, I know this is spiritual or deeper for some of you. Maybe some of you haven't … Your consciousness is not open to this yet and that's fine.

Some of you are like, “Yeah, this is awesome.” For me, it's not until … Because I was there. I've been in that mentality, don't get me wrong. I've been there and I've now evolved.  I feel in many different ways where I just trust, “Hey, you know what? Things happen.” I remember actually just today, what happened was, I was recording this videos about an hour-long video and it was a really good video. I was like, “Man, I'm crushing this video right now. It's going awesome.” Then, I went to my computer, I took the memory card to look at the video. Half of the audio was missing because the battery on my mic died.

In the past, oh my God. In the past, I would have been like, “Oh, my God. This is horrible.” I just spent an hour and it didn't work out. I would just gotten so stressed and upset. It would ruin my whole day. You know what happened today? I was like, “Yeah, that's all right. That's okay. It just wasn't meant to be that way.” I said, “You know, that's fine. I'm just going to do it again.” It was an hour but that hour maybe it was a blessing. Maybe the new video is going to be better. Or maybe it's going to help me and serve me in some way.

Whereas it meant to happen this way, so I can learn to check my battery and make sure my battery is there, so that this doesn't happen again. I just looked at in a positive way and I didn't fight it, I didn't resist life, I didn't resist what happened. I just said, “Ah, this is meant to happen.” Therefore, I didn't have any stress. I didn't get upset. I didn't freak out. I just trusted that this is just part of life. It's part of my journey, my process. I remember a good friend of mine who's a public speaker. We're in Palm Springs one time and he was going to speak at this event in front of about a thousand people.

I said, “Okay. Do you know what you're going to say? Are you ready? Have you rehearsed and memorized or stuff?” He said, “I got no idea what I'm going to say.” I said, “What? What do you mean? How can you just go out there to a thousand people. You had to speak for an hour or two. You have no idea what you're going to say.” He said, “You know what? I'm going to go up there. I'm just going to trust. I'm going to trust that whatever comes out of me, is guided in me and was meant to come out that way. Then, if it's a great speech, awesome. It was meant to be great. If it's a horrible speech, it was meant to be horrible.”

He released the attachment of it. Therefore, he didn't have any stress or anxiety. He trusted that things happen the way it's supposed to. Now, of course, I'm not saying that you shouldn't prepare. I'm not saying that you shouldn't work hard. I'm not saying that you should just sit there in your couch and just believe that everything is going to work out for you in your life. Of course, you have to take action. You got to take the necessary things in life and do what's required. At the same time, what I'm saying is, accepting the results. Being okay with it. Not fighting as much. Not resisting as much.

Trusting that everything is happening for a higher purpose. What would that do for you in your life? How would that free you? What would that do for your body, your health? I don't know about you but for me, I feel more free in my body. I feel more relaxed, I feel more peaceful, I feel happier for sure. I remember the book, The Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman. There's a, maybe it wasn't in this book. He had a followup one called, I think called The Way of The Peaceful Warrior or something like that. Shared a story about someone that their house got burnt down. They're outside the house, the house is burning down.

It goes, “God, that's fine.” It didn't have any attachment to him. He's like, “You know, this materialistic stuff doesn't define me. I'm not attached to it. It's not who I am. It's not like I got to take this house with me into the afterlife and once I pass on.” He didn't have attachment to that. I said, “You know what? This was meant to happen. Everything will work out. Everything will be fine. It always has, always will.” He just had a free mentality about it. I just offer this as a different perspective for you today. Accept it if you like. Reject it if you resist it. Whatever. If you're open to it, great. If you're not, that's fine, too.

Not everyone is. Not everyone thinks this way. I want to offer this to you for those that are open to it and that are wanting to maybe evolve to a higher level than just things happening by me but things happening through me. There's actually a model for this. I won't have time today to go into it but as things happening to you, things happening by you, things happening through you or things happening as you. By you is a lot of people, they jump in the river of life and they're trying to go upstream and they're trying to swim. What happens is, you get exhausted when you're hustling all the time.

It's like, “Ha, ha, ha. Hustle, hustle, hustle.” You know, hustling. You tire yourself out, you burn out. That's the hustle mentality a lot of people live in. Whereas, things happening through you are more … You're hustling, you're making progress, you're moving your feet but you're not resisting as much in life, is really what it is. I'll maybe go deeper into that in another video. Hopefully you guys enjoyed this. It can help you just understand that life is great, life is beautiful. Everything happens for a reason and a purpose. Open your mind up to that, create new beliefs that empower you and serve you.

Take on a different approach to life, a more fulfillment. Because why are we stressed all the time? Why worry all the time? Why have anxiety all the time? What was the things you worry about, you're stressed about, you have anxiety about don't even come to fruition anyway. If you ever had that, it's like you're worrying about something. The thing you're worrying about, ended up being totally fine. Then, why did you have to spend those days and weeks worrying about something and suffering over when it's not even … It's so silly to actually do that. It doesn't really make any sense. Just trust the process of life more.

Trust that there's a higher purpose. Trust the universe or God, if you may. Whatever your belief is but relinquish some of that control and trust. Stop trying to resist as much. You'll be fine. I don't care how tough things are right now for you. You will make it through it. You will. It's just a temporary road block. It's just a temporary hurdle. When you come out the other side of it, they'll be better off for it. If you look at it that way, if you choose to perceive things that way. Then, it will. All right, my friends.
