Thailand is the 14th country that I've visited thus far. By the end of this year, I will have traveled to 16 countries.

I realize that this is a lot more than most people do in their entire lifetime.

In this blog, I want to share with you what it's really like to travel the world. In particular, what I love about traveling, as well as the challenges that come along with it.

Travel is the best form of education.

Traveling has always been a huge part of my personal growth. As many of you know who follow me, I'm a big fan of self-development. Traveling forces you to get outside your comfort zone and explore new cultures, languages, perspectives, and people. The entire experience of traveling allows you to see and appreciate different ways of living and being.

I've never met anyone in my life who said that they regret traveling. It's a win-win, even when you encounter challenges along the way. For this reason alone, I believe that traveling is one of the best things that you can do to get to know yourself, others, and the world at large on a deeper level.

The reason why I'm able to travel, work and make money is that I've built a successful online business. My business provides consistent passive income every single hour of the day. Hence, I'm not trading my time for money. This means that I can run and operate my business from anywhere in the world. All I really need is my camera, laptop, phone, and WiFi access.

From personal experience, I can say that having this kind of freedom has been life-changing. The beautiful part of it all is that ANYBODY can create a laptop lifestyle. Perhaps the most dominant influence of the evolution of the Internet has been the creation of new jobs and a change in the nature of jobs that already exist.

Today there are limitless opportunities for you to create life, on your terms.

You don't have to be confined to a 9-to-5 office job or be tied down to one location. You can be location independent. Imagine how your life would be if you could work from anywhere in the world, and make money doing it? If I did it, there's no reason why you can't do it too.

We are so blessed to live on this incredible planet. There is so much to see and do. I don't know about you, but I don't want to come to the end of my life and feel like I missed out. At the end of your life, you won't remember the days when all you did was go to work. Rather, you will remember the magic moments when you stepped outside of your comfort zone and took that epic trip that you always dreamed of.

I'm originally from Vancouver, B.C., Canada. There was a time in my life when I was living in downtown Vancouver in a beautiful penthouse, yet I still didn't feel fulfilled. Why? Well, eight months out of the year the weather was lousy. Don't get me wrong… Vancouver is amazing but a lot of the great stuff to do in that city is outdoors. When it's raining all of the time, people don't want to go outside and socialize.

This lifestyle felt really limiting. I was too comfortable. Can you relate?

I was craving an escape so I started traveling to tropical locations during the winter months. The biggest things that I love about traveling is the variety and adventure that it brings. It provides a huge amount of excitement and passion in my life. If I'm going to work, I may as well work poolside, looking out at the beach! There is so much more fun to be had in new destinations because everything is new.

However, there are some challenges that come with traveling the world. Firstly, when you travel to a new destination every week or month, you're constantly on the move which can cause you to feel ungrounded. There's always an adaptation phase that you need to go through. Although this can be exciting, it can also be exhausting.

Time zone changes and jetlag can negatively affect your daily routine. I've gotten a lot better at managing this, but it's still something I'm trying to master. In order to combat this challenge and connect back with comfort and familiarity, I travel back to my 3 home bases, which are Panama, LA, and Vancouver when I feel called to.

Another challenge with traveling is living out of a suitcase. When I travel I try to be a minimalist in terms of how much I bring. However, there are times when I wish that I had more at my disposal. I'm a big fan of biohacking so I really enjoy having my technology with me. However, I can't always bring those things with me. Also, if you are someone who loves to eat healthy and organic food, sometimes it takes time to find high vibe food options in certain countries. This is why I like to hire a chef or find meal delivery services when I visit a new place.

The last challenge of traveling is feeling disconnected from your social network.

When you travel consistently, it's hard to maintain solid friendships. Luckily, my  fiancée, Tatiana and I have one another when we travel, but we still miss our friends. You can still make new friends when you travel, but a lot of those friendships are short-term. Hence, you miss out on the depth of connection that comes with having your tribe. This is why traveling can feel lonely at times, especially if you work alone.

This isn't how I want to live for the rest of my life. Rather, it's just a stage and that' s great! I've been grinding and hustling for years now to build my 7-figure online business. Today, I'm in a stage of pleasure and enjoyment. I want to enjoy the freedom that comes with living a laptop lifestyle. I know that I'll look back at this time and have zero regrets. Trust me when I say that the advantages of traveling the world far exceed the challenges.

Living the laptop lifestyle changed my life forever.

However, I didn't become a successful digital nomad overnight. It took a lot of hard work, commitment and investment in myself to build a multi-millon dollar online business. When I was 23 years old, I traveled to Thailand to start building my online business. It allowed me to get a taste of the laptop lifestyle.

During that time, I was reading the book, The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich. That book completely shifted my mindset of what was possible. My entire life I was conditioned to believe that I had to go to school and find a 9-to-5 job until I was 65 years old, at which point I could retire and be “free.”

Tim Ferriss taught me that being chained to a desk isn’t the future of work. Once I knew that I could create a 4-hour workweek, I decided that I would do whatever it took to create that reality. I fully immersed myself in learning about Internet marketing.

Like I said, my success didn't happen overnight. In fact, I went through a period of my life where I was really struggling. I had a lot of limiting beliefs that were holding me back. In reality, I didn't take my business seriously enough. Once I decided to go all in and stop dabbling, that's when everything changed for me.

One of the first ways that I started to make money online was through affiliate marketing.

This is the process of promoting other people's products and earning a commission from doing so. I soon realized that I could create content on my blog and learn SEO, so that when people searched for products online, they would come to my blog and could purchase through my affiliate links.

That model started to provide some great income for me. It allowed me to accomplish my goal of making $300 per month while I was living in Thailand. However, at some point, Google changed their algorithms. Unfortunately, it wiped out my affiliate marketing business. I ended up losing all of the money that I was making and I went back to the drawing board.

This is when I got into Kindle publishing on Amazon. The more books that I published, the more money that I made. Soon thereafter, I realized that I didn't have to write books myself. I started to hire ghostwriters to write books for me and I focused on building a publishing and marketing company.

That was when I experienced my big break online. I was making $8,000-$10,000 per month online at 24 years of age. Once I made money like this, it made me think, “If I can achieve this, then what else is possible?” All of the sudden I was in a financial position where I no longer I had to work.

I thought that all I wanted was passive income.

While I enjoyed that lifestyle for a few months, I wasn't fulfilled. I started asking myself the question, “If money wasn't a factor, what would I want my legacy to be?” Coming from a place of abundance, I knew that my true passion was self-development. Ever since I was 17 years old, I've loved learning and growing, and in turn, sharing that knowledge with others. That is what makes me feel most fulfilled because I'm adding value to people's lives.

It was at this point that I decided to start Project Life Mastery. I was 25 years old. In the beginning, I had a YouTube channel and blog. Eventually, I started a podcast. I simply wanted to share with people what I was doing to improve each area of my life. Once I started to publish my content, a lot of people started to follow me.

They were curious about how I was able to make money online, so I started teaching people how to publish books on Amazon.  Eventually I created a Kindle publishing course, called Mastering Book Publishing. During this time, I was buying so many great products to further my personal development.

I started to find affiliate marketing opportunities and began the process of becoming an affiliate marketer. As my business started to grow, I created my own courses and training programs, coached people, and developed my own Mastermind events.

In 2014, I discovered that the big opportunity was selling physical products on Amazon.

I wanted to build multiple streams of income in my business so that I wasn't dependent on one stream. My fiancée and I bought a course called, The Amazing Selling Machine which taught us how to sell on Amazon. Soon thereafter, I launched a supplement brand and had some great success with that.

Eventually, I got out of that business because I was too busy to handle of the logistics. I started to partner with other e-commerce businesses and brands as an investor. This was a great way to work smarter instead of harder.

I want to emphasize that I started my journey with desire and grit. Slowly I found the strategies that helped me make money online. Over time, I grew and transitioned into other opportunites as they arose. Today, I'm 33 years old and I've built an incredible multi-million dollar online business that I'm proud of. My journey wasn't easy. I experienced a lot of failures along the way. What kept me going was the belief and faith of what was possible. I believe that if you are committed enough to something, you will find the way or make the way.

This is how I travel the world while running a multi-million dollar online business.

The Uyuni Salt Flat in Bolivia has always been on mine and Tatiana's travel bucket list.

It literally looks like a snow-covered winter wonderland. However, instead of snow, it is covered in salt!

The Uyuni Salt Flat, otherwise known as The Salar de Uyuni is the world's largest salt flat. It measures 12,106 sq km and sits at 11,984ft.

It's fair to say that this place blew us away. Ready for a sneak peek of our travel adventures in Bolivia?

Bolivia is the 5th largest country in South America.

From the culturally diverse city of La Paz to the lush Amazon jungle, to the salt flats of Salar de Uyuni, there is something for every traveler's taste in Bolivia. The Uyuni Salt Flat is estimated to contain 10 billion tonnes of salt and is 3,656 meters about sea level. About 50,000 years ago the Uyuni Salt Flat was once a vast lake that evaporated and transformed into salt flats.

As soon as we arrived, we were amazed at the brightness of the salt flat. For this reason alone, I definitely recommend that you bring a lot of sunscreen and protective sunglasses. 

During the rainy season, nearby lakes overflow onto the flat, turning the entire salt flat into the world's largest mirror. The result is a breathtaking reflection of the sky. All I could think about when I saw it was how it must be a photographer's dream.

Because the Uyuni Salt Flat is the flattest place on earth it allows you to play with distorted perspectives. In turn, this makes everything appear closer or farther away than they actually appear. Tatiana and I took the opportunity to take pictures with stuffed llamas and Godzilla dinosaurs that looked as if they were towering over us. It's fair to say that we had a ton of fun doing this.

One of the highlights of our trip to the Uyuni Salt Flat was a hike around Isla Incahuasi, otherwise known as Cactus Island. The view of the salt flats from the top was out of this world. The sunset was one that I will always remember. The hike was quite strenuous so I suggest that you drink a lot of water so that you don't get affected by the altitude change. It definitely takes a while to acclimatize.

We ended our day trip at a restaurant made entirely of salt. If you fancy staying the night on the salt flats, I recommend Palacio Del Sal, which is the first salt hotel in the world. I can't think of a better way to connect with nature.

The Uyuni Salt Flat was a once in a lifetime travel experience.

Tatiana and I thought Argentina & Chile were amazing, but this place blew us away. I encourage you to put the Uyuni Salt Flat on your travel bucket list. It literally felt like heaven on earth. Onto our next adventure!

Singapore is a modern-day metropolis. There is no shortage of things to do and see in this exciting city-state.

Located in South East Asia just off the tip of Malaysia, Singapore is the second smallest country in the world. Despite its size, the population density of Singapore is the highest in Asia.

This place is like nothing I have ever seen before. Known for its lush greenery, diverse culture, exciting nightlife, and bustling city center, Singapore has become one of the top tourist destinations in Asia.

Singapore is one of my new favorite world cities.

Due to its geographical location, Singapore enjoys a hot and humid climate all year round. According to reports by the National Environment Agency, the average relative humidity level is 84.2%. It's fair to say that, if you like hot weather, Singapore is the place to visit. However, because it's a tropical climate, it's not uncommon to experience rain showers now and then. Trust me when I say that this provides a refreshing break from the heat.

Singapore is one of the world's most expensive cities to live in, due in large part to the fact that it has one of the fastest-growing economies. Considered to be a wealth management hub, it is paving the way to be one of the leading global financial centers in Asia.

Known as one of the top investing and banking countries in the world, Singapore is home to many multinational corporations and well-known business organizations. This is one of the reasons why I set up a company in Singapore. Your environment has a huge impact on the type of person that you become. If you want to create wealth in your life, then you need to surround yourself with successful people. I love immersing myself in wealthy environments like Singapore because they motivate me to achieve more.

Singapore is home to some of the world’s most impressive architectural feats.

Nowhere is this more apparent than in the Central Business District. It literally feels like you've stepped foot into the future. The city-state is brimming with wildly epic buildings designed by world-renowned architects. If you are an architectural enthusiast, Singapore will blow you away.

Despite its rapid economic development, Singapore is still considered to be one of Asia's greenest cities in the world. This is why it has been given the name, The Garden City. From the moment that you arrive at the airport, you experience the lushness of it. I remember having a layover in Singapore two years ago and being swept away by the beauty of Singapore. I hadn't even set foot in the city yet!

What's even more impressive is the layout of the city. Thanks to urban planners who have blended architecture with nature, it is commonplace to see buildings boasting lush green roofs and gardens. On every street corner, there are beautiful trees and plants. As a country, Singapore is progressive when it comes to climate change issues. Their economy has made significant efforts to actively promote energy efficiency.

Global warming is the real deal and Singapore is stepping up to the plate to promote awareness of it on a global level. They believe that, by the younger generation growing up with an abundance of nature, they will learn to appreciate it so much more. Singapore's commitment to sustainability has motivated me to become even more proactive in my own efforts to make the world a greener place to live.

Not only is Singapore one of the greenest cities in Asia, but it's also one of the cleanest.

Singapore is known for having a lot of rules. Fairly severe penalties are handed out for even the most minor of crimes. The streets of Singapore are literally spotless, in large part because the fines for doing so are ridiculously high. For example, if you are caught littering, you can face a penalty of SGD $1,000 and a community work order, which usually involves picking up rubbish. In Singapore, prevention is the name of game.

Nestled within the lush Mandai rainforest is the Singapore Zoo.

There are so many great places to visit in Singapore. First on our list was the Singapore Zoo. This is considered to be one of the most beautiful zoos in the world. Whenever you visit a zoo, you want to make sure that it promotes humane practices. This is something that the Singapore Zoo is known for. It is home to nearly 300 species and houses over 2,800 animals. Its conversation projects aim to save threatened species and mitigate human-animal conflicts.

The highlight of our time at the zoo was being able to see the White Bengal Tiger. Interestingly, the gene carried by the White Tiger's parents means that they have blue eyes rather than the green colored eyes of a traditional Bengal Tiger. I was truly blown away by how majestic and beautiful these animals are.

Unfortunately, they are now one of the most endangered species on the planet. There are literally none left in the wild today. There were once over 100,000 white tigers in the world and now only 3,000 remain. A lot of tigers are hunted for sport and status symbols. This is why the Singapore Zoo does their best to try and breed them, with the hope that they can continue to live for as long as possible.

Tatiana and I also had the unique opportunity of seeing the White Rhino. In 1895, there were fewer than 100 white rhinos left in the wild. On a positive note, after a century of successful conservation efforts, they made a comeback. Today, there are nearly 20,000 white rhinos that live in zoos and park reserves.

Downtown Singapore has an experience unlike any other country.

Next on our list was checking out Gardens By The Bay. Twenty-two meters above ground and situated in the heart of downtown Singapore, the Bay spans a total of 101 hectares of land. The moment that you arrive, it feels like you've stepped foot into a Futuristic park. Eighteen 50 meter high supertree structures are spread throughout the Bay.

If you want to get a panoramic view the Gardens you can take a stroll along the OCBC Skyway. Situated nearly 22 meters above ground, the views of the city from the Skyway are breathtaking. In the night time, these trees light up and you are dazzled by a light show with beautiful music playing in the background. Let's just say that it is beyond romantic.

If you need to cool down from the heat, you can check out the greenhouses at Gardens By The Bay.

The Flower Dome is one of the world's largest air-conditioned greenhouses. In essence, this place feels like Spring. Inside the dome, you will find thousands of plants and flowers from many different regions around the world. Tatiana and I were in awe of the lush greenery. As you walk around the dome it feels like you are in a cool Mediterranean climate. At night, the Flower Dome is immersed in glittering lights.

Just when you think this place couldn't get any more spectacular, you walk into the Cloud Forest. The moment that you step inside this glass-domed conservatory, you are witness to a 35 meter high, man-made cascading waterfall. It feels as if you are walking throughout an urban jungle paradise. At the base of the waterfall is a place called, The Secret Garden, which features representations of limestone forests and caves.

If you want to go shopping, Orchard Road is the place to do it. 

This is one of the most famous shopping districts in all of Asia. Orchard Road spans over 2 kilometers, and it's fair to say that this is a retail dream come true. In reality, you could easily spend the entire day walking up and down this beautiful tree-lined street. Who wouldn't want to explore the best that Singapore’s shopping has to offer?

Similarly, Orchard Road is also an entertainment hub. Here you can find a range of world-class restaurants, bars, and hotels. Also, I recommend checking out the Paragon or Ion Orchard, which offer a great combination of high-end and mid-range brand name designer stores. On one road alone, you will find 3 Gucci stores. I've never seen anything like this before, not even in Dubai.

In other words, luxury is a way of life in Singapore. If you want to experience the ultimate in luxury, I suggest that you check out Marina Bay Sands. This 3-tower, 55-story hotel is a part of a huge resort complex, which includes a convention center, shopping mall, museum, restaurants, and a casino.

The towers are connected by a huge roof terrace which boasts one of the world's largest rooftop infinity pools, a world-class fine dining restaurant, a and bar. The view of the city skyline from the rooftop is out of this world. If you want to treat yourself, go to the LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, which has a panoramic view of the Singapore skyline.

Food is a huge part of Singapore's culture.

It's fair to say that Singapore is a food-obsessed city, both for locals and tourists. Whether you are looking for cheap street food or world-class fine dining restaurants, Singapore has something for every person's taste. Given that Singapore is a melting pot of different cultures, it makes for an exciting place to try food from all over the world. You can't help but try everything.

Haji Lane is a hot spot for tourists. This is known as Singapore’s original indie neighborhood. The vibe here is super cool. What draws a lot of people to this lane is the amazing street art and Middle Eastern cafes. You will find endless restaurants, bars, and cafes to enjoy. Surprisingly, Tatiana and I found a lot of healthy food options to choose from.

If you are on a budget and want to try some authentic Singaporean street food, I encourage you to check out one of the many hawker centers. These are food halls that are spread through the city that specialize in a few token dishes, like chili crab and laksa. As a matter of fact, you can easily get a great meal at one of these centers for SGD $3.

Lastly, on the banks of the Singapore River, you will find Clark Quay, which is a popular dining and party destination. Whether you are looking for great food, live music, or a wild night out, this is the place to do it. There is something for every person's taste.

To sum it up, our Singapore vacation was unforgettable. 

I highly recommend that you visit Singapore. This is a city of innovation, culture, and beauty. The people are friendly, the food is to die for, the streets are clean, the culture is diverse, the economy is thriving, and the city is safe. Because of all of these reasons, Singapore is the ultimate vacation experience. Put it on your bucket list the next time you find yourself in Asia.

As many of you know who follow me, I'm a big fan of investing. I believe that if you want to build wealth, investing is the easiest way to do it. I have achieved a lot of success investing in Bitcoin.

However, by no means am I an expert in this cryptocurrency. This is why it was great to be invited on this cruise. On top of the amazing people we met and places we saw, the cruise also gave me an opportunity to expand my knowledge of Bitcoin.

As our world becomes more complex, I believe that leveraging advanced technologies, like Bitcoin will revolutionize how we live and work. In reality, I think that Bitcoin has the power to be the currency of the future.

Let's dive into some of the cool places that Tatiana and I got to see on our adventures in the Mediterranean.

Monaco

If you are looking for a luxurious city trip, Monaco is the place to go. Located on the French Riviera, Monaco is one of the most alluring stretches of land that I have ever seen. It has a population of 36,000, making it the second-smallest country in the world, next to Vatican City. You can walk across the entire country in one hour. Despite Monaco's size, it is one of the most densely populated countries in the world.

Monaco is considered to be one of the richest countries in Europe. It's known as a tax haven and a playground for the rich. The second that you step foot in Monaco, the feeling of wealth is all around you, from the luxurious hotels, billionaire apartments, designer boutiques, and extravagant yachts. Nearly 30% of the people that live in Monaco are millionaires.

There are so many things to see and do in Monaco.

If you want to relax and enjoy the epic ocean view, I recommend that you check out Larvatto beach. The water is a beautiful turquoise blue color and the temperature is perfect.

If you enjoy gambling, the famous Monte Carlo Casino is the place to go. This is where the James Bond movie, Casino Royale was filmed. Even if you don't end up going in, this is a must-see spot in Monaco. The grand decor of its exterior is breathtaking, as well as the luxury cars that are parked out front.

Above all, you can't visit Monaco without enjoying their shopping. Keep in mind that, if you are looking for bargain deals, this is not the place you will find them. In the heart of the city is the Cercle d’Or. This is where you will find all of the most elegant shops and the biggest brand names like Dior, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Prada.

For such a small place, Monaco has a lot of world-class restaurants which have amazing cuisine options from all over the world. There are also a lot of beautiful waterfront cafes where you can sit back and immerse yourself in the beauty that is Mediterranean life. If you get the chance, check out the Condamine Market. This is an open-air food hall that has unlimited food options for every person's palate.

Barcelona

With its beautiful beaches, to-die-for food, and unparalleled architecture, Barcelona is a must-see European destination. Unfortunately, Tatiana and I didn't have a lot of time to spend there this time around. However, we made the most of our day by getting on a tour bus and checking out all of the sights. In many ways, this is the ideal way to explore this vast city.

Whenever Tatiana and I travel to a new country, we always make it a priority to learn something about the culture. As part of our bus tour, we had the opportunity to go into the famous, Sagrada Familia. This is a large Roman Catholic church that was designed by the architect, Antoni Gaudí.

The inside of the church is stunning. While we were walking through it, the sun shone through the stained glass windows and filled the church with the most beautiful colors. Make sure you get tickets in advance, as it can get very busy and the lines can get very long.

It has been said that, when Antoni was asked when the church would be finished, he replied with, “There is no reason to regret that I cannot finish the church. I will grow old but others will come after me. What must always be conserved is the spirit of the work, but its life has to depend on the generations it is handed down to and with whom it lives and is incarnated.” Unfortunately, Antoni wasn't able to complete it before he passed away. However, it is expected to be finished by 2026.

On our adventures, we took a walking tour through Casa Mila.

Otherwise known as “the stone quarry”, this is a modernist building in Barcelona that was also designed by Antoni Gaudí. Our tour guide told us that this was the last building that he worked on before he devoted himself to the construction of the Sagrada Familia. In the interior of the Casa Mila, vibrant colors and natural, round shapes decorate the courtyards.

After we got our architectural fix, we hit up Las Ramblas, which is Barcelona’s most famous street. Here you can find endless cool cafes, restaurants, and shops. We were surprised to find some awesome healthy food options in Barcelona.

A great way to tantalize your senses is to check out La Boqueria. This is one of Barcelona's most famous markets. Inside, you will find just about anything that you've ever wanted to eat. We will definitely be back to enjoy more of the diversity and beauty that Barcelona has to offer.

Ibiza

At the beginning of our trip, we only got to experience a few hours in Ibiza as part of the CoinsBank cruise. We decided to book a flight from Barcelona and end our trip there so that we could enjoy the amazing nightlife! It's fair to say that partying in Ibiza is like a religion.

Clubs open at midnight and go until 7 am the next morning. We flew into Ibiza at 10 pm and got tickets to the Hï Ibiza club, where the electronic DJ, Eric Prydz was playing. You may have heard of Eric's hit single “Call on Me.” 

Tatiana and I don't usually let loose, so we were a bit nervous about how we were going to manage. Luckily, we ended up meeting a ton of cool people, listened to some great music, and surprisingly made it through the night in one piece… with the help of lots of caffeine! It's fair to say that we had the most epic time at the club.

From the club, we went straight to the airport at 8 am to head back to Barcelona. Sometimes you've got to throw your hair back and just have a good time. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience Ibiza. For this reason, we took advantage of it and loved every minute of the moments we shared together.

Our cruise was a trip to remember.

Panama has always been on my list of places to live. I finally made that dream a reality.

On June 1st, my girlfriend and I left Canada and moved to Panama to start a new chapter in our lives. From the beginning of our relationship, we talked about creating a vision for our life together that we both loved.

We've always wanted to live in a foreign country. Panama aligns with our vision, so we took the leap! We couldn't be happier with our decision.

Panama is the ultimate tropical paradise.

When Tatiana and I first visited Panama we were blown away by the diversity of it. There is so much to do and see. For those of you that don't know, Panama is a country in Central America that is bordered by Costa Rica and Colombia.

The weather is beautiful and the geographic diversity is amazing. The majority of the country is comprised of jungle terrain. You can find mountains or beaches in close proximity to one another no matter where in the country you are.

Tatiana and I love to travel to new places. An amazing thing about Panama is that it is a central hub to a lot of epic tropical escape destinations. For example, you could easily take a week-long trip to Guatemala, Honduras, or Nicaragua. 

Tatiana and I loved living in Vancouver, but one of the challenges that we faced was the rainy weather, which lasts 8 months of the year. In Panama, we get the best of both worlds – white sandy beaches, beautiful humid weather, lush jungle, and mountainous terrain.

Tatiana and I made the decision to move to Panama last year but it took us quite a lot of time to plan our big move. Last year we sat down and thought about what we wanted our life to look like moving forward.

Panama is one of the most developed and Westernized parts of Central America.

A lot of international banking and business takes place there. Given that Panama is one of most modern cities in Central America, we find it to be a very safe place to live. Like anywhere, it’s important to be aware of your surroundings and take care of your belongings.

For these reasons and more, Panama has become one of the top destinations for expats who are seeking a low-cost, minimalist lifestyle. This was one of the many things that drew us to this beautiful destination. 

I’m currently spending $8,000 plus per month for a penthouse and a sports car that I never drive. We knew it was time for a change. Panama felt like the right choice.

Our decision to leave Canada altogether did have consequences. When you leave Canada they tax you, worldwide. Tatiana and I decided that, because we travel so much, it no longer made sense to continue paying taxes in Canada.

As you can imagine, I had to pay a very large departure tax to leave. I wanted to do this earlier rather than later when it would be even more costly. I am still a Canadian citizen. It’s just that my permanent residence location has changed.

Because Tatiana and I want to settle down and have kids in the next few years, we knew that now was the time to travel more and enjoy the laptop lifestyle to the fullest. This is one of the many privileges of being an entrepreneur – you get to design your life, on your terms. Creating an online business changed our lives.

I've been blessed to live a very luxurious lifestyle.

Materialistic possessions are great but sometimes you can become too attached to things. In actuality, I value experiences so much more. Getting rid of all of my stuff has been an empowering process for me. I'm ready to live more minimally.

Since living in Panama, one of our rituals has been spending Saturdays hanging out by the pool, reading our books, and relaxing. We have someone that comes to our apartment to cook and clean for us on Saturday, so we have to be out of the house regardless. We’ve also been taking in all the sights of Panama.

According to new research from NodeSource, the majority of entrepreneurs say work-life balance is the biggest challenge they face. I can totally relate. Entrepreneurship is hard work. If you want to be successful, you can expect to work long hours in the beginning stages of building your business.

Because of my love and passion for business, work doesn't feel like work. However, that doesn’t mean that I should ignore my health and well-being. I think that there is a stigma in the online business world that work-life balance isn’t possible for an entrepreneur.

I disagree. It comes down to finding what works best for you. You will never find a “perfect balance”, but your health is your wealth. If you don’t make the effort to take care of yourself, you will burn out, fast, as will your business.

The one thing that almost all successful entrepreneurs have in common is that they make reading a large part of their lives.

As many of you know who follow me, I’m an avid reader.

I believe that reading is a powerful learning tool. As an entrepreneur, I am always striving to develop knowledge that will improve myself, my business, and my team.

I make it a habit to read my Kindle every day while enjoying the breathtaking view of the Panama ocean. Sometimes I even re-read specific books so that I have a greater understanding of the content. When it comes to knowledge of any kind, repetition is the mother of mastery.

Currently, I’m reading a great book called, The Multi-Orgasmic Man: Sexual Secrets Every Man Should Know by Mantak Chia. As a man, learning how to separate ejaculation from orgasm is a very valuable skill to learn in life.

There are many different types of orgasms that men and women can have. You can actually channel your sexual energy and use it in different ways, whether that’s for increased energy or creativity.

When the weather is nice, Tatiana and I like to check out the Panama Canal. This is one of the world’s largest architectural accomplishments and by far one of the most visited places in Panama City. The Canal stretches for 48-miles and you can watch the ships pass by while enjoying the views and dining at some amazing restaurants.

When the weather isn’t so nice, Tatiana and I like to check out the MultiPlaza Mall, which is one of the more high-end, trendy malls in Panama City.

This mall is similar to what you would see back in North America. You can find all of the designer, luxury brands here, like Gucci and Cartier. In the mall, there are a lot of nice restaurants to check out as well.

When it comes to spending money, it’s so important that you know how to manage it.

T. Harv Eker teaches a very effective money management method, called the JARS System. He states that 55% of your income should be put towards your necessities, 10% towards your financial freedom, 10% towards long-term savings, 10% towards your education, and 10% towards fun.

Fun could be in the form of guilt-free shopping, which in our case looks like buying clothes and shoes at the mall sometimes. This is a reward for all of the hard work that you put into your job. As an entrepreneur, when you are adding a lot of value to people’s lives, it’s important that you celebrate and reward yourself from time to time.

The last 5% is put towards contribution, meaning that you give a portion of your financial earnings towards a cause or charity that you are passionate about. When you consciously practice abundance and live from this place every single day, it actually allows for more money to flow into your life.

When you buy things, that is an act of contribution in and of itself. It allows your wealth to be spread amongst others by supporting local businesses. Money isn’t just a thing. Rather, it’s a tool that can be used to create financial abundance, happiness, and security. If you view money in this way, your relationship to it will be healthy.

In the words of Marshall Sylver, “Either make your money work for you, or you will always have to work for your money.”

On the weekends, Tatiana and I like to dress up and go out for a nice dinner and enjoy the nightlife that Panama has to offer. Makoto is considered to be one of the top Japanese restaurants in Panama.

The sushi presentation is out of this world. Each dish comes out looking like a work of art!

The one thing that we miss most about Vancouver is the amazing sushi, but we’ve been lucky to find some awesome places in Panama that do not disappoint. Our favorite spot is called Miss Cho.  

Just because we go out on a Saturday night doesn’t mean that we sleep in the next day. Tatiana and I are committed to doing our morning ritual every single day. It sets us up for success. The gym is my sanctuary. It is the place where I get the opportunity to work on my mind and body.

I like to listen to audiobooks when I work out. I’m a big fan of the Blinkist App right now. These are 15-minute book summaries which allow me to re-familiarize myself with some of the books that I’ve already read.

The beauty of audiobooks is that you can read them while doing many other things, whether that’s cooking, driving or exercising. It’s an entirely different experience listening to a story than it is to see words written on a page. I find that it allows my imagination to expand. More importantly, I find that it’s soothing to listen to someone’s voice.

My brain is able to slow down and I process the story more thoroughly. I savor the content on a deeper level, instead of rushing through the pages of a book.

Moving to Panama right now felt like the best thing to do. Tatiana and I will probably live here for the next few years. When we finally find our dream home, we will move to the U.S. and create another new chapter in our lives.

If you haven't been already, I encourage you to put Panama on your travel bucket list!

I can't wait for the journey that is ahead of me. I'm even more excited to share it with you. Anything is possible in life if you want it bad enough. Never let anything or anyone prevent you from manifesting your dreams. Dig deep and do the work to make it happen. In the words of Margaret Drabble, “When nothing is sure, everything is possible.”

My girlfriend Tatiana and I simply cannot deny this fact. Creating and building an online business changed our lives.

There are multiple areas of life. Obviously, my online business has improved my work and financial situations in ways I could never have imagined. That was to be expected.

What wasn't expected is how my online business set me on a path to finding the love of my life, improving my confidence, and helping me change the world.

Creating An Online Business Changed Our Lives In More Ways Than We Thought Possible.

Tatiana and I were more than happy to let you know how an online business changed our lives during the 90-minute live stream. I would suggest watching the entire thing in the video above, but I'll share a highlight from it with you.

First of all, without my online business, my relationship with Tatiana would have never worked. Let me explain what I mean.

When Tatiana and I met, there was instant chemistry. I knew what I was looking for in a woman, and Tatiana is it. She's beautiful, driven, and wants to make an impact on the world. Once I met her I knew I had to give our relationship a chance to work.

There was only one issue. Tatiana had an extended trip scheduled to Brazil almost right after our first date. She and I both knew the chemistry was there, but we also knew that we could drift apart if she's spending a few months in Brazil and I'm in Vancouver.

That's when I decided to take action. I picked up and joined Tatiana in Brazil to make this relationship work. It may sound crazy, but I knew she was someone special so I committed to action.

None of this would have been possible if I didn't have my online business.

Thanks to Project Life Mastery, I have the luxury of being able to just pick up and go wherever I want in the world, whenever I want. I'm not chained to my 9-5 job or have to lose vacation days if I want to visit someone special to me. I am my own boss. It's one of the most freeing feelings in the world.

Being able to travel is great, but I didn't want to travel without this amazing new woman. Tatiana felt the same way, so we both decided it was time for something new. If we both had online businesses we could travel the world together.

The question was where should we turn? Enter The Amazing Selling Machine.

Tatiana and I did the course separately, but we each launched our first product around the same time. I actually had to keep up with Tatiana, so it was great that she pushed me and kept me going along the way.

ASM opened up a brand new aspect of my online business and started Tatiana on her path to financial freedom.

An online business changed our lives.

In a relationship, you're either growing together or growing apart. Thanks to ASM, we were able to grow and have success together.

A New Year is upon us, which means a new opportunity to learn, grow and become more. This is your time to shine. What will you do with it?

Social/Fun

In February of this year, I had the pleasure of attending an entrepreneur mastermind snowboarding trip in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Not only did I get to connect with and be inspired by 60 high vibe entrepreneurs, but I also got to go dog sledding through Jackson Hole's wilderness.

The power of a mastermind group cannot be understated. There is no better way to advance and accelerate your goals and dreams for the future.

I also had the opportunity to host one of my own mastermind events this year. It feels good knowing that I have been able to help so many people grow their online businesses and achieve the financial freedom that they desire.

Whenever I travel, I always strive to leave with more respect and a greater understanding for the communities which I visit. Tatiana and I had the opportunity to travel to Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Muscat, and we were blown away by the richness of the Middle Eastern culture, its food, and its people.

We checked out local markets, visited museums, and rode camels, but one of the highlights of our trip was our dune buggy adventure in the desert of Dubai! Wow, that was an experience that I will always remember.

I highly recommend that you put any one of these cities on your list of places to travel to in 2018.

Mind/Emotions

In May of this year, Tatiana and I took an epic trip to the Gold Coast of Australia. While we were there, we had a lot of amazing adventures, but the Crystal Castle and Shambala Gardens blew us away. This place epitomized peace and beauty.

Set amidst lush tropical gardens, we explored a place called The Enchanted Cave, known to be the largest amethyst cave ever discovered. We also visited the famous Crystal Guardians, which are considered to be the tallest, most rare crystals in the world.

We also experienced a sacred “Kora Walk”, designed for spiritual reflection, and ended our tour of the Shambala Gardens with a sound healing bath and visualization meditation. Needless to say, we left this magical place feeling nurtured, uplifted, and expanded.

Our intention for visiting Australia in the first place was to attend Tony Robbins’ Date With Destiny Leadership program. As many of you know, Tony Robbins has changed my life in so many ways. This was the second time that I attended his Date with Destiny event. In the leadership program, they break everyone up into teams, and each team has a trainer and a senior leader. I had the honor of being a senior leader on my team, with the goal of helping and supporting my team members, as they went through their Date with Destiny experience.

Tony’s leadership program taught me powerful leadership skills that will allow me to design my destiny as a leader, both in my business and in my life. If you have yet to experience a live Tony Robbins event, I highly recommend that you put it on your bucket list. I continue to attend his seminars, over and over again, because I am committed to mastery.

As Zig Ziglar once said, “Repetition is the mother of learning, and the father of action, which makes it the architect of accomplishment.”

Investing in your personal growth and development is one of the greatest gifts that you can give yourself, and I can’t think of a better person than Tony Robbins to help support you along your journey to success.

Contribution

As many of you know, transforming lives is a big part of my work and my mission in life. Tatiana and I had the amazing opportunity to travel to Ethiopia in October. Together with Imagine1Day, I helped fund and build a new school for children in Ethiopia, and we got to witness the school inauguration ceremony.

This was a life-changing experience for us. I’m so blessed that I was able to be a part of such an important moment in time. Knowing that I have made a positive impact in the world, and that I am part of a movement to empower Ethiopia’s children through education, is an honor.

Business

In August of this year, I got to be a keynote speaker at the Amazing Seller Summit in Las Vegas, where I spoke in front of 1,500 entrepreneurs and Amazon sellers. As many of you know, when I was younger, I struggled with social anxiety and shyness. Public speaking was the last thing on my “things I enjoy doing” list.

However, after years of conditioning my mindset, and stepping outside of my comfort zone, I am proud to say that I have developed the confidence and skills to be a captivating speaker. Public speaking has opened up my world, and has allowed me to connect with thousands of like-minded people, grow my business, and establish myself as an authority figure in my industry. I hope my story inspires you to find your voice as well.

Recently, I hit 400,000 subscribers on my Project Life Mastery YouTube Channel. This was a massive milestone for me! I am beyond grateful for the amount of love and support that I have received from all of you over this past year. It's been exciting to see my channel grow so quickly, and it is an honor to know that my content has impacted so many people’s lives.

Thank you for joining me on this exciting journey. As always, my goal is to continue to serve you and provide you with as much value as possible. I’m looking forward to creating more cutting-edge content in 2018 that will help you master every area of your life. Marianne Williamson said it best – “Nothing liberates our greatness like the desire to serve.”

How did you get started with ASM and what has your journey been like since then?

We started our Amazon business three years ago. We were inspired to do so after we received an email from Robert Kiyosaki, whose email list we are a part of. We didn’t speak any English before starting ASM. We had big dreams and we were only living on one salary at the time. We started to watch Matt and Jason’s videos, but we could only understand a few key words. We immediately knew that this is what we had to do. We learned English and went through the ASM course, using Google translate. We had no money at the time, so we borrowed it from someone so that we could take the course and purchase inventory. We borrowed even more money to come to the Las Vegas event, and then immediately after attending the event, our business started to grow very fast!

Your story is so special because there are people all over the world that may not speak English and wonder if it’s even possible to start an Amazon business. What was the turning point for you? Was it your belief that you could really do this and be successful at it?

We wanted to change our lives and we believed in our dream. Before starting our business, we always wanted to do big things and have an impact in the world. We knew that there was something inside of us. We looked for the opportunities, and when the ASM course appeared, despite the language barrier, we knew that we had to do it in order to fulfill our dreams. When you have this feeling, the barriers no longer exist, and you just jump in and do it.

What kind of success have you had with your Amazon business?

We make 5x more money in our Amazon business than I ever made with my job. I (Peter) had the courage to quit my job and focus on our business, full-time. After making that decision, our Amazon business grew fast. We attended ASM meetings, workshops, and then we grew, 10x more. We now make $100,000/month.

What a life-changing experience. How does it make you feel today, looking back at where you used to be versus where you are now?

It’s fantastic. We have the freedom to do the things we want to do. This business gives you the freedom to do what you love everywhere. You just need an Internet connection. It has changed our lives and we have the feeling that we are living the life that we always wanted. We have time for kids, we travel with our children, and this is amazing for us because we started with nothing. Before, we only had money for surviving, and now we have a beautiful life. At the beginning, we were most concerned about covering our basic needs, but then our business grew bigger and bigger, so much so that now we focus on helping others. We have a group of 80 people in Romania who have now started Amazon businesses, and we help them to change their lives. It’s more like our mission. We don’t do it for money because we have more than we need.

What advice would you give to someone that wants to start an Amazon business, but is in a similar position that you were in when you first started?

The first thing is to know what you want, put it on a vision board, and visualize your dreams. Secondly, attend an ASM event. You can have the best strategy out there, but without mentors and the courage to follow through with it, it won’t work. You need to connect with people who have been successful on Amazon, and then in turn, you will be successful as well. Put yourself in successful environments.

Anything is possible. If we can do it, so can you. It’s just a matter of what you have in your mind. We have been educated to have a poor mindset, but we changed that by educating ourselves and believed in the possibility of financial freedom. If you know what you want in life and believe that you will be successful, then everything will happen for you at the perfect moment. Write down what you want, and the Universe will help make your dream a reality.
