I actually noticed that this is what I’ve been doing automatically. I have a day a week where I go off my diet and re-feed on carbs. I actually noticed my weight drop to 147.7 lbs last week, which was awesome!

I never considered myself a “PUA”… more so someone that just wanted to become a “natural” and I’d often avoid all of the terminology or weird PUA-type stuff as I felt it just dehumanized the entire process.

Have you thought about incorporating any reefed days if you don’t already? When venturing below 8% I personally find it necessary to reefed once a fortnight to promote that extra bit of fat loss (essentially 1 step back for 2 steps forward).
