I’m starting writing kindle books, but I don’t really understand if when I’ll publish my book, do I need to insert my author original name? Or can I use also a Pen Name?

Also what about having multiple author profiles? I’d like to outsource some books but I don’t want to show my name always in Amazon Kindle.
